Composed by kitchen, living room with sofa-bed, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 large terraces on the sea where to have dinner, relax and enjoy sunsets. Parking and private beach cabins are included. San Vincenzo is a harboured charming village with wonderful sea. Close to vineyards, historical villages such as Bolgheri, Suvereto, Populonia. Open space surrounded by nature

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring

Sea view penthouse with 130 sqm terrace

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and make wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with travertine masonry shower and a living room with kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer present on the terrace.

L'appartamento è situato nel villaggio podere san Luigi nella zona sud di san Vincenzo, immerso nel verde, ad una distanza di circa 200mt dal mare. La spiaggia di sabbia è raggiungibile (a piedi) attraverso un vialetto ombreggiato ed attrezzato all'interno di una lecceta. Si trova in una zona strategica in quanto è possibile raggiungere molte belle località sia della costa che dell'interno.
