La nostra suite al piano terreno con vista sul mare è stata creata appositamente abbattendo le barriere architettoniche, studiata nei minimi dettagli per offrire comodità e ampi spazi. Un unico ambiente ma che offre privacy, cucina soggiorno con divano letto, zona notte con letto matrimoniale e bagno. Può ospitare comodamente coppie, famiglie con massimo 2 bambini. Ogni alloggio include il servizio spiaggia al nostro stabilimento balneare Florida che ombrellone e due lettini.

Casa Sabina

The apartment, which provides your own private entrance, has been recently renovated and furnished with care. It is located at the foot of the ancient Castle of Montemassi in a historic square in the characteristic medieval village. With only pedestrian access allowed in this square, you can be assured to have a tranquil and peaceful stay. A 5 minute walk from the apartment, the Castle of Montemass provides visitors with a cultural activity during their stay.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and make wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with travertine masonry shower and a living room with kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer present on the terrace.

The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.

The apartment is located in the village of Podere San Luigi in the southern part of San Vincenzo, surrounded by greenery, at a distance of about 200 meters from the sea. The sandy beach can be reached (on foot) through a shaded and equipped path inside a holm oak forest. It is located in a strategic area as it is possible to reach many beautiful places both on the coast and inland.
