The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and make wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with travertine masonry shower and a living room with kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer present on the terrace.
