Located in the shade of the pine forest a short walk from the beach (5 min) and the promenade of Marina di Castagneto where there are shops, restaurants and other public places. The villa consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, and bathroom-laundry on the ground floor; on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. According to the needs of the guests, 3 double beds can be provided. To these, it is possible to add a bed in the living room (sofa bed), a camping bed and a Montessori bed (for children from 1 to 3 years).
