Within walking distance are the pedestrian street, the port, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and stores.

La nostra suite al piano primo caratterizzata da un esclusiva terrazza privata di 40 mq sul mare vi farà godere dall'alba al tramonto la brezza marina. Si compone di due zone, cucina soggiorno con divano letto e zona notte con bagno con possibilità di aggiungere un terzo letto. Può ospitare comodamente coppie, famiglie con massimo 2 bambini e viaggiatori singoli. Ogni alloggio include il servizio spiaggia allo stabilimento balneare Florida con ombrellone e due lettini.

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.

It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and have wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a travertine masonry shower and a living room with a kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer on the terrace.

We took into account the value of the details that emerged during the renovation, arches above the windows and an old arch that once framed the fireplace. Very bright, the views are on the beautiful Piazza della Vittoria, home to the Municipality. 50 meters and we're at the beach!!
