Gäste finden die kleine FeWo am westlichen Ortsrand der heilklimatischen Kurstadt Bad Sachsa, direkt am Waldrand in 380m Höhe. Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Südterrasse mit angrenzendem Garten. Direkt hinter dem Grundstück beginnen die ausgewiesenen Wander-, Mountainbiketouren in den Naturpark Harz. Schwimmbad und Kurpark sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Anliegerstraße endet kurz hinter dem Grundstück am Wald.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.
