Fior di Fiesole was a charming, private place with beautiful surroundings. Vat was very friendly and gave us helpful instructions to get about. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful home near all the attractions! Close enough to walk, far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The jasmine plant made the courtyard smell so beautiful! Giulia was a fantastic hostess, friendly and helpful. A true pleasure!

This was an extremely cute apartment. It really felt lived in which was such a nice change of pace. We felt right at home. Agnese's instructions were super clear and we had all the information we needed. The apparent itself was super spacious and we had lots of space to relax. The location is extremely central, everything we wanted to see was very walkable from where we were. We had a lovely stay!

The apartment was very nice and well located for the main attractions. we walked everywhere easily.

We stayed at Flora House as a family trip with my parents and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we really enjoyed cooking meals together with fresh ingredients from the host’s farm. It was a great place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect Airbnb for Florence. Walkable from train station. Great location to the Duomo and the square. Loved the space of the studio apartment and if you’re needing to do wash on your trip you have that option. For a couple it’s a wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Nir’s Airbnb. The location was excellent—within walking distance of most amenities, including the Duomo—yet it was quiet and offered plenty of privacy. Nir reached out before check-in to ensure everything was on track, which we really appreciated. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described. Nir was quick to respond to our questions and offered great local tips on where to find groceries, pasta, pizza, and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Very beautiful place located in the heart of Florence the views from the bedroom are absolutely stunning and breathtaking. Yes there are a lot of steps to reach the top to the apartment but worth it once you see the view would recommend to anyone going to Florence.

The apartment is well located, has plenty of space for two and has everything you would expect. It was the perfect launching off point for walking to all the main sights / areas of Florence. One point to be aware of is that, at the time we stayed, the downstairs front door was broken so never locked. Similarly, the front door to the apartment is behind a door shared with another apartment. That shared door also never locked, and at the time we stayed the other people in the flat were entering / exiting quite loudly. Overall these did not detract from the place but is worth considering.

The space was perfect for our time in Florence. It was exceptionally clean, up to date, and comfortable. The location was excellent, close (walking distance) to attractions, restaurants, etc. Alessandro and Nermin were amazing hosts! They were kind, responsive, and provided all the information we needed ahead of time to make check-in and the stay stress free. The next time we are in Florence, we would love to stay here again! Nermin, it was so nice to meet you!

Gherardo’s place was exactly as we expected— the apartment was very nice and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close to the Duomo, restaurants and shopping. Gherardo accommodated our early check in and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants, gelato and shopping. We appreciated having a washer in the apartment, and the kitchen was well stocked. Gherardo’s communication was quick and extremely helpful, especially when dealing with the train strike. With his help, we were able to get tickets to travel to our next destination. Thank you for a great stay!

Mariangela’s apartment was lovely. Perfect location, beautifully done with everything you need. We stayed for 2.5 months and it felt like a second home to us. Closed to amazing restaurants, open markets, grocery stores and easy walk to Florence beautiful sites and this amazing cities neighborhoods. Quiet neighborhood. Mariangela and her team were always responsive and lovely to interact with. We are planning on returning next year.

Outstanding choice for a visit to Florence. Paolo is an outstanding host and provided pre trip information to prepare for our stay, while meeting us at check in for an introduction includng history and all we needed to know about the apartment and area. The apartment is thoughtfully and generously appointed with all you need and is a wonderful retreat following a day of exploring the magnificent city of Florence. The location is exceptional for proximity to all that Florence has to offer. A perfect choice!!

What a beautiful room! Once owned by princess of Poland, it is fit for a princess indeed. Loved sleeping amidst the frescoes. It’s spacious, clean, and comfortable. AC keeps the room very cool, and the view of the dome from the roof simply can’t be beat! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. Very helpful with lots of recommendations too. Grazie!!

Loved my stay here. Felt safe and comfortable traveling solo, and the unit has the gorgeous bones of an old Florence apartment building. Walkable from the train station and all of the shops, restaurants, and attractions

A perfect stay in Florence. Mattia’s house is not only perfectly located with an amazing terrace but so welcoming with lovely relaxing spaces with incredible views , extremely comfortable beds, and attention to all those small details that make a stay special. We throughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend to others.

What a wonderful stay! This is my favorite neighborhood in Florence - still central enough to walk everywhere, but removed from the glut of the tourists near the very center, a mix of lively and calm. Literally everything you would want in a less than 5 minute walking radius. The apartment itself is spacious (more so than even the pictures depict!), extremely clean, inviting, a joy to spend quiet time in, and has everything and more that you would need for a stay in the city. Aida is expeditiously responsive and helpful for anything you would need, check in was flexible and as easy as it comes! It's all positives with this place, I would recommend to everyone that comes to Florence! :)

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. It was in a convenient location to walk to all the main sites and restaurants. It was very hot, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It had all the amenities as outlined in the description. We wish there was an umbrella on the roof top patio so we could have enjoyed it more, however, we did sit out for early morning coffee and a late night glass of wine. Tatiana met us on arrival and reserved our taxi to the airport. We would recommend this apartment and would stay again.

One of the best stays we've ever had! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Florence, with a grand entrance, automated check-in, and even an elevator (a rarity in historic buildings). The apartment strikes the perfect balance between home and hotel: super comfortable beds, great AC, beautiful views, and thoughtful touches like a microwave, coffee machine, chilled water, and high-quality toiletries. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Matteo and his incredible team. They were always responsive, kind, and full of amazing local recommendations—including the best Florentine steak spots! When our baby wasn’t feeling well, Matteo went above and beyond—personally bringing us saline and a nasal kit at midnight. That care meant the world to us. Warm, genuine, and professional hosting. We’ll absolutely be back!

Charming apartment. Equipped and modern kitchen but with a kind of old vibe decoration. I thought everything was perfect. Wonderful location close to absolutely all means of transportation… perfect! I'd come back a thousand times
