Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Sarasota County

I've had many Airbnb stays-- this is at the top of my list of favorites! We could not have had a better experience! Location is fantastic-- quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, downtown, park. The unit was beautiful, well appointed, full of amenities, comfy beds. Fantastic layout, laundry room is super convenient! Gorgeous back yard with private pool and hot tub. They have all you need for a day at the beach. There is so much attention to detail, I could not mention it all here! RENT THE GOLF CART! This was the highlight of my nephew's trip. :) It's SO much fun to ride around town, and so convenient! Tim was so gracious upon our arrival-- he took time to orient us to everything, took us for a ride to show us where everything is around town. He was super responsive, and just delightful to talk with. We felt right at home. We made friends with the family in the other unit and had a great time with them; we are keeping in touch! We can't wait to go back to Tim & Corinna's place!

Sunseeker is a beautiful new resort overlooking Charlotte Harbor. The condo was the nicest one I've ever stayed and the housekeepers do an amazing job each day.

I had an incredible stay at Edyta’s condo unit. As soon as I walked in the unit, it was completely clean and beautiful. Edyta supplied me with month’s supply of dish washing pods, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and dryer sheets. (Other locations have not been so generous) All of her appliances were top notch and in perfect condition. Everything was decorated nicely. I felt very comfortable during my stay which is greatly appreciated since I stayed for a couple months. Edyta was very quick to respond and address anything I needed. Thank you !

Excellent place to stay. Spotless, and in a great safe, classy location. The communication was impeccable, especially considering I booked this stay very last minute. Would love to visit again.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed at. Location is fabulous, so close to some of the finest beaches and restaurants in Florida. The condo was meticulously clean, beautifully and practically furnished, and well-stocked —clearly every single detail was well thought out. The furnishings are so comfortable that it was better than being home. You almost don’t want to leave, but there is so much to do in Sarasota that an extended stay is definitely the way to go. To top it off, owners are perhaps the most responsive, considerate, and friendly people we have ever liaised with. They replied promptly and always thoughtfully answered any questions and while offering many helpful suggestions. An absolutely wonderful place that we can wholeheartedly recommend!

Great location able to drive to beaches easily very beautiful condo car parked in garage. Nicer clean pool was able to see it checked daily from the balcony. My 11 year old granddaughter had a wonderful time

Looking for a turnkey two bedroom, two bath that has thought of everything you may need in your home away from home? This place is it! It exceeded my expectations—-clean, cozy, and well-equipped. From beach chairs and towels to a Keurig to full-sized washer and dryer, you will not want for anything! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was perfect, close to coffee shops, restaurants, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, and Ed Smith Spring Training Stadium. I especially loved the community pool with friendly residents, hot tub and the gym which overlooked the pool. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The house is exactly as described and it is SO spacious. It’s only 7 minutes from Manasota Key Beach and when you go, it has plenty of parking and amenities. Also, Joshua responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

great house! Very spacious and comfortable! We were there for 10 days as we had to leave our house for remodeling and it was perfect to work from home! There is a big dining room table and internet is fast. It was too hot to enjoy the outside but the kids liked the playground.

We had a fabulous time! We felt right at home. The house was pristine with new appliances, comfortable beds, and a modern aesthetic. Definitely the best house in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and took advantage of the beaches nearby. Thank you Eddie and Vanessa for sharing this place!

The house was spotless, well-organized, and beautifully decorated, with a fantastic location close to Siesta Key and great restaurants nearby. The host was incredibly helpful, promptly assisting with everything I needed and even lending me their electric vehicle charger. Absolutely recommend this place!

Leyla was a very helpful and gracious host. I was visiting from The Keys with my daughter and grandsons coming down from Connecticut for my granddaughter's first birthday in North Port. The house was beautiful and the boys had a great time in the pool and loved the bunk beds! I would definitely stay again in the future.

I’m not sure what to say first about Milena’s space. There are multiple items jockeying for the #1 reason to book this property. - Her space is about as centrally located as it gets. Sarasota is a bit spread out. Her home is about 15 minutes from anywhere you’d want to go - Siesta Key, downtown, Lido Key, etc. Also a Publix is just up the road. Also not a bad drive down to Venice if you’re into that - appx 30 minutes for that. - The outdoor space is immaculate. Can hang in the shade on the couch. Lounge on the chairs in the sun. Or relax in the mini salt water pool. It is a beautiful space. - Game room is a neat place to hang out in when you want to mix it up. - House layout is great for a family / multiple couples. Primary bedroom on one side. 2 other bedrooms on the other. With kitchen / dining room / living room separating them. - House has everything you need for the beach as far as equipment. - Milena is awesome

This will be my go to airbnb moving forward anytime Im staying in Sarasota. Everything about Maksim's place was exceeded my expectations. The pool and outside area with a gas grill and jacuzzi was everything I could have wanted while staying in Florida. The outside space was phenomenal! Inside the couch was super comfy with a nice big TV to watch in the living room. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything anyone could need for cooking or having a nice big dinner at the house if you dont feel like going out. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was massive. This place was very clean and very cozy and I felt right at home. The hosts were always responsive and would adjust the temperature of the jacuzzi anytime I asked. Such an amazing stay! Highest recommendation

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay here last week. Unfortunately my dad had passed away unexpectedly (who we were originally planning on visiting.). It ended up being his funeral that we would be attending. Sydney left a sweet note and goodies for us. We appreciated her kindness and understanding. The dollhouse was quaint and comfortable. We loved reading about its history and loved the peaceful neighborhood. It was so close to downtown !

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

We had a wonderful week in MIchele's unit. There were no surprises! The condo was immaculate and modern. Michele was extremely responsive with any questions we had. The check in instructions were excellent. Seeing a bottle of prosecco with two chilled glasses in the fridge was such a nice surprise! The location was outstanding, with Saint Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota being just minutes away. We also loved the nearby restaurants that Michele recommended. Each room has a large screen tv with Roku loaded with a number of active streaming channels. The water view from the balcony was great, and parking couldn't have been easier in the reserved spot. We arrived without having had a chance to go shopping, and it was so nice that there were cold waters and sodas in the fridge, and plenty of coffee k-cups on the counter. We would definitely stay with Michele again. She was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for 3 weeks at Gina's place, would have loved to stay longer but it was booked. Loved the clear instructions for access to the unit, (it was a little complicated the first time, but clearly communicated, and if you follow each step to get the key and combo, you're all set!) trash and recycling, parking, and pool and gym amenities. Everything described in the listing was accurate. Kitchen was fully stocked for making meals, and even coffee was supplied. Laundry was easy to use and detergent was supplied. Love the ceiling fan in the bedroom as well! Place was small for more than 2 people, but we were 2, and felt very comfortable there. Gina, or her team, responded immediately to any inquiries and were very accommodating. We felt very well taken care of and anything we needed was already in the unit. We've already booked again for 6 weeks next year, so clearly we enjoyed it. Thank you, Gina!!

Extremely proactive and responsive host. Very nice condo which was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool, hot tub, and workout facility. Location was close to downtown, restaurants, beaches, golf, and shopping.

We had a beautiful week at Martha’s condo!! We loved everything about it- spotlessly clean and well decorated, well stocked with towels, blankets, paper goods, kitchen items, beach gear… everything you could possibly be in need of. The view from the balcony is wonderful for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset. The condo building and amenities were wonderful as well. The pool area was never crowded, many loungers, and a perfectly heated pool and hot tub. We found the location to be absolutely perfect- off a main road that takes you to downtown and beaches but tucked away and quiet. You can walk to downtown restaurants and shops and we even walked over the Lido Key bridge one evening to St. Armand’s Circle. Downtown Sarasota, beautiful Lido Key beach and St Armand’s Circle are all a quick 5-7 min car ride away. Martha was an excellent host, checked in on us and was responsive to anything we needed. We would return anytime without hesitation!! Just wonderful! Thankyou Martha!
