Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Sarasota County

Honestly, this is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The photographs do not do it justice. The apartment is stunning and the shared pool and hot tub area is a little oasis with plenty of seating and loungers. Corinna and Tim have thought of every little detail to ensure guests have everything they can possibly need, inside and outside the apartment. We found Corinna and Tim to be the most welcoming and friendliest of hosts and were absolutely gutted to be leaving. We would love to return. Thank you for making our holiday so amazing. 😍

I've had many Airbnb stays-- this is at the top of my list of favorites! We could not have had a better experience! Location is fantastic-- quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, downtown, park. The unit was beautiful, well appointed, full of amenities, comfy beds. Fantastic layout, laundry room is super convenient! Gorgeous back yard with private pool and hot tub. They have all you need for a day at the beach. There is so much attention to detail, I could not mention it all here! RENT THE GOLF CART! This was the highlight of my nephew's trip. :) It's SO much fun to ride around town, and so convenient! Tim was so gracious upon our arrival-- he took time to orient us to everything, took us for a ride to show us where everything is around town. He was super responsive, and just delightful to talk with. We felt right at home. We made friends with the family in the other unit and had a great time with them; we are keeping in touch! We can't wait to go back to Tim & Corinna's place!

This place worked out for our children for a few days while we were staying right on the beach. They were only staying for a few days before heading back home to Utah! It was extremely clean and a very cute place!!

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. The home was incredibly well-appointed with high-quality furniture, appliances, and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and felt like it was designed with care. The bed was especially comfortable, clearly high-end, and made for great sleep. The hosts were responsive, kind, and very easy to communicate with. My favorite part of the stay was enjoying coffee each morning in the bright breakfast nook in the kitchen, filled with natural light. It was the perfect space to relax and recharge. Truly a fantastic value. I’d return in a heartbeat.

Jojo's place was top notch! The bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The whole apartment was very clean. Wonderful shower. A close walk to Publix just down the street. My granddaughter enjoyed the basketball area. The whole place is tastefully and thoughtfully appointed. Jojo is very responsive. Highly recommend! Plan on returning as I travel to Sarasota often to visit family.

Perfect space for family!! Walking distance to Yoder’s and the Amish town

The home was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and the in law suite was amazing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. While our girls enjoyed the pool, our boy was casting his fishing pole from sun up to sun down. It is located in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood, yet close enough to the tourist areas to drive to them in 10-15 minutes. Amy is absolutely a 5- star host and if we’re ever in the area again, we will ABSOLUTELY book this home again.

This place is stunning! If you’re considering booking this place I definitely encourage you to do it. It has everything you need for a very relaxing stay. Also Mario and Yoly are awesome and answer quickly any questions you might have.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. All new and updated appliances. Master bedroom and bath are located on one side of house and the 3 other bedrooms are on the other side. All bedrooms and bathrooms are good sized. The house was immaculate. We would definitely stay there again. I give the house and host a 10+ star rating.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We loved that they had basically everything you might need. They even had a high chair and pack n play which was really useful with our 11 month old. The area is peaceful and quiet but still close to restaurants/grocery stores. Our favorite part of the stay was watching the sunset while relaxing in the pool.

We loved our stay in Sarasota. The house was super cozy, clean and with everything you need. The host Gerardo was very kind and attentive from the beginning. In addition, the location was ideal to get around and enjoy everything. We would definitely come back!
