You will find your vacation home in Opperode, a district of Ballenstedt at the foot of the Harz Mountains. The accommodation is located directly on the European cycle path R1. In the immediate vicinity, the lovely Selke Valley invites you to take adventurous hikes. From the apartment, you can start to many nearby attractions and excursion destinations.

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.
