Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein großzügiges Esszimmer, die Küche mit separater Speisekammer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, zwei Doppel Schlafzimmer mit je einem Duschbad en-suite, ein Gäste-WC und der Hauswirtschaftsraum. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 7 DZ und 1 EZ, sowie 4 Badezimmer.

Badestrand, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig zu erreichen (ca. 300 m). Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Schlafcouch, ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie eine Süd-Terrasse.

With 80 square meters of living space, you have plenty of space for up to 4 people. The apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. Another highlight is the large, sunny balcony.

You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

Herzlich willkommen auf Gut Rachut. Vor ein paar Jahren verwirklichte ich mir den Traum vom Leben auf dem Land -nun auch gemeinsam mit meinem Mann Thomas. Dieses hübsche Fleckchen Erde liegt zwischen Lübeck und Kiel - mitten in der schönen Holsteinischen Schweiz - und ist auch nur einen Katzensprung von der Ostsee entfernt. Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

We try to avoid plastic and our living room is not dominated by a big TV (although a small one with standard satellite connection is available). Wireless internet access available. Best for people, seeking tranquility, time for reading books, breathing fresh air, star gazing, sitting around the fire place.
