OG besteht aus zwei großzügigen Schlafzimmern, Büros und einem Bad mit Regendusche. Ein Add-On sind der gemütliche Spitzboden mit weiterer Schlafmöglichkeit. Im Keller befinden sich ein großer Raum für Sport und ein Waschraum.
