It is an elaborately renovated old building with a luxurious ambience. The 50 square meter apartment combines the nostalgia of the old town house with modern living comfort. Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. Of course you will find towels and a hair dryer in the modern bathroom. There are two stops right outside the front door and the city center is just a road crossing away. Perfect location for all concerns. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.

Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.

The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes.
