Cozy 2-room apartment near the Baltic Sea

Small quiet apartment in the countryside. Franzburg is more a sleepy place with an ice cream shop, Edeka, Sparkasse and pharmacy and does not offer much touristy. Here you should definitely be mobile, as it is a good starting point for day trips in all directions. The Baltic Sea with beautiful beaches on the Darss can be reached after about 40 minutes. The city of Stralsund and the Rügenauffahrt can be reached in about 30 minutes. The well-equipped apartment contains a small kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. This includes a parking space, (a balcony ) and use of the Wi-Fi. Towels and made-up beds are provided upon arrival. If required, an extra bed can be made for a child at no extra charge.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large roof terrace on the third floor with a view over the rooftops. Theatre, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The marketplace with its gable houses in the style of the brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pommersche State Museum. It is an animal-free non-smoking household. The apartment is located directly on a nature reserve. The Bodden (Ribnitz-damgarten) takes about 15 minutes by car and about 25 minutes to the Baltic Sea. The bird park Marlow is about 12 km away. There are also opportunities to paddle with the canoe on the Recknitz. A gas station with a small supermarket is about 4 km away. It is 40 km to Rostock, and Stralsund is about 50 km away. Four times a week, the bakery car arrives around 11 am in the morning.
