House in Sønderborg surrounded by culture and nature

The house is located in the heart of Sønderborg, surrounded by cultural and urban life as well as a beautiful view of Alssund. The house has a lovely garden with terraces, space for both children and relaxation. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with, among other things, a sofa bed. A bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for children. On the 1st floor is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a crib and a bedroom with a small double bed (140 cm). In addition, there is a bathroom with shower on the 1st floor.

Vestergaard is an old family farm, of which only the main house remains. There is a sea view from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and is located on a very large plot with, among other things, old fruit trees, which are freely available to our guests. The garage building is from 2017, and you are welcome to use it. We use the house ourselves occasionally and have decorated it as we think fits the spirit of the house, with some things dating back to our grandparents' time.

Enjoy your holiday by the forest and beach in our charming Alsian summer residence from 1924 at Mommark. There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides, and there is a sea view. We have sun loungers, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fireplace. There is WiFi, Chromecast, high chair, weekend bed, bathtub, toys, etc.

A real family oasis. Small allergy-friendly dogs are allowed. There are several lovely beaches, good restaurants, and an active city life. The beach Kerneland is about 15 km from the house.

There is a Monta charger for electric cars with a type 2 plug. Separate billing for electricity consumption + electric charger. No parties or smoking in the house.

You will have the house "No. 1" all to yourselves, with a private and a shared courtyard. There are beds for 6 people, spread over 2 bedrooms, which are located on the 1st floor. Living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is both a heat pump and a fireplace for the cooler days. Bed linen, one towel per person, water and electricity, as well as final cleaning are of course included in the price.
