Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage eines alten Bauernhauses. Der Hof, welcher früher ringsum geschlossen war, wurde entscheidend geprägt von Gustav Neuhoff, dem Großvater der Gastgeberin. Deshalb auch der Name FW Gustav. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es im 6 km entfernten Derenburg. Heudeber ist ein ruhiges Dorf, das aber durch die nahe A36 schnelle Verbindungen zu den Highlights des Harzes bietet. Wernigerode, Halberstadt, Quedlinburg und Goslar sind in ca. 25 min. erreichbar.

Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

Outside, you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace or end the day with a barbecue.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.
