Ihr wohnt nicht nur auf dem Hof, sondern direkt im Herzstück des Geschehens. Genießt das authentische Landleben. Die Nordsee ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und ist über schöne Radwege zu erreichen. Hier lebt ihr auf dem Hof mit Pferden, Kühen, Hunden, Hühnern, Gänsen und uns 2 Menschen :)

The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

Liebe Urlauber, ich vermiete eine liebevoll eingerichtete 50 qm Ferienwohnung für bis zu 2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder + 1 -2 Hunde in einem romantischen Wurtendorf an der Nordsee. Unser Dorf ist ein kleines Runddorf mit 15 Häusern und liegt eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Feldern. Auch Euer Hund ist bei mir ein gern gesehener Gast und hat genügend Platz um sich auszutoben. Der zur Ferienwohnung gehörende Garten ist vollständig hoch eingezäunt.

The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessible via an external staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large bedroom is a quiet retreat with a double bed and a sofa bed. A second bedroom with box-spring bed and second bed in the gallery offers flexibility. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. Towels and hairdryer are of course provided. Balcony and garden also create space to relax.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zentrumsnah und doch am Rande der Stadt mit Blick ins Moorland (Obergeschoss). Zum Bahnhof sind es 750 m und zum Schloss 1000 m. Das Moorland ist sozusagen vor der Haustür und lädt zum Wandern und Joggen ein. Babybett (auf Anfrage), Wickelkommode und Babybadewanne sind verfügbar.

Slightly converted construction trailer. It is all clean and tidy. However, the history of the construction trailer was not removed. So I would not call it a small castle, which was once a construction trailer, but a construction trailer in which you can have a good vacation.
