This space was very clean and inviting! The home has everything you need and the host was extremely welcoming and friendly. We would stay again!

The place itself is beautiful and quiet. it wax extremely easy to access I-25. Super cute and cozy for 1 person and perfect for a couple!!!

Andy’s guest house was beautifully designed and appointed home. He was able to accommodate our family right away for a same night booking—as in 1 hour from book to arrival! We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

This little rental met all expectations and more! The view and beautiful garden property are worth it all, and overall it was an extremely comfortable home to stay. Bonuses were the kids toys', spacious bedroom with a wardrobe and drawers to settle in, mountain air through open windows and very comfy beds to sleep. The bathroom was a bit small, but water pressure and towels were plentiful. It feels like you're in on a secret, as this little oasis is hard to believe, and tucked away in the middle of the city. Loved it!

Centralized location to all of the things we wanted to do while in CO Springs! Very cute outdoor seating and covered parking was a huge bonus!

This place was perfect for our family of 12 ranging from infants to grandparents with something fun for everyone. From a pac man machine, to pop-a-shot, to a pool table, to a hot tub, to a theater room. Only wish we stayed one more night to actually enjoy the amenities more. Lots of tvs throughout the house including bedrooms. There were fans, a high chair, and pack & play available which were all much appreciated! The house was clean and clutter free. I didn’t realize the house would only have 1 bedroom on the main level with all others up or down a full flight of stairs. Luckily the basement had a door we could close to keep the babies safe. Also did not realize there was no oven but we were able to improvise with the provided crock pot. Anthony was great and attentive! Excellent host! Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Would stay here again!

Heidi was an excellent host. You can tell she's put a lot of thought into making your stay as comfortable as possible. She has helpful notes artfully placed throughout the house with different tips and reminders. The kitchen is lovely and fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. Everything was clean and worked well. Heidi is also responsive and responsible. The breakers broke while we were there, and she worked to get them fixed that same day (with the promise to rebook us at a different venue had they been unable to fix them). Our family was comfortable, safe and at ease during our stay - can't ask for more!

Brian's place was perfect for our girls getaway. We planned our day in his area around the incline and it was only about a 12 minute drive. It was cozy and we were able to run a load of laundry, which after a couple days of hiking was much appreciated. We were hoping to check in a little early and Brian was extremely accommodating. We also forgot a few things we needed for the incline and he was willing to help out. My only regret is not planning to spend more time in the area because we definitely would have stayed another night and there is plenty to do just two blocks from his location. Highly recommend considering a stay here if you are in the area! Thank you Brian for providing everything we needed for a nice rest during our adventure filled visit to Colorado!

The Hillside Hideout was an absolutely wonderful place to stay! It was just what my husband and I were looking for to celebrate our honeymoon! We had many incredible adventures as it was close to so many beautiful places. The stay was perfect from start to finish and Tiffany and Irvin thought of every detail to make us feel right at home. They supplied the home with so many useful items incase they were forgotten and even some food items which was beyond nice. We would highly recommend this cute cozy place to anyone!

We love this place. Its in a beautiful neighborhood, has a sweet relaxing deck with an expansive view. The kitchen is well equipped beds are nice. Very dog friendly. This is the second time we stayed there and plan to continue to book Rosemarie's place whenever we goto Colorado Springs. Highly recommended.

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

We loved the space it felt very spacious for a studio and my son loved his extra bedroom space! It really felt like home away from home with having everything we needed, we will definitely be trying to stay again next time we come to visit!

OMG! What a great property tucked into downtown. Staying here felt like being “in on” a secret. The town was hopping with spring breakers, but the unit was very quiet overall. The reserved parking space was an added benefit. The unit was clean and cozy with everything at your fingertips. I would say that if you plan to cook in the unit bring aluminum foil. 😊 Again, if you get the chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Gabby was a very kind and considerate host. She made a point to check up on us to see if we needed anything several times. The space itself, was perfectly comfortable and we had all we needed. Thank you Gabby!

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

Loved the location which is between Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. You are minutes from the COG Train that takes you to the top of Pikes Peak, minutes from Garden of the Gods, and minutes from Red Rock Hiking. We didn't get a chance but we wanted to try the Manitou incline which is right across from the COG as well. We loved Manitou Springs...such an amazing little town with great restaurants and small shops. This house really is an amazing location. The house itself was nice, especially the basement and the kitchen/dining area. The deck and the upstairs bedrooms need some updating. Some new furniture would go a long way. If you are heading to Manitou Springs, this is the place to stay.

I had a great time during my stay here! I was here for 3 months and enjoyed every bit of it. The beginning was a bit rough during the Miller moth season since the windows had big gaps in them letting in tons of the little guys, but after I patched it up I don’t have a bad thing to say about my stay. Cindy the host was extremely helpful throughout my stay and very flexible when I had to extend it a couple days and always got back to me in a timely manner with questions I had. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you Cindy!
