Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. Wir sind genau in der Mitte von Hamburg und Lüneburg (jeweils 20km entfernt). Bahnhof vorhanden Wir freuen uns auf Euch

The bright 90 sqm apartment in the south of Hamburg has a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms with one 160 x 200 cm bed each, bathroom (incl. hair dryer), guest toilet and a south/west terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, espresso and coffee maker, toaster, kettle. In the living room, there is a 42" TV and a small HiFi system. Hamburg and Lüneburg can be easily reached by car (approx. 25 minutes) or by public transport.

The 80qm holiday apartment is located in the south of Hamburg. It is quiet and in the countryside. It has close travel connections to the motorways, shopping areas and many extracurricular activity. The apartment under the roof of an one family house is modern and cosy furnished. It has a separate entrance and an own balcony. The apartment can host up to 4 Person. Children are welcome. The hosts are living downstairs. We speak german and english. It is a nice spot to relax and recover!

Die schöne Landschaft der Nordheide lädt zu ausgedehnten Wander-, Rad- und Kanu-Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Das historische Städtchen Lüneburg und die Weltstadt Hamburg bieten neben zahlreichen Shopping-Möglichkeiten auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine reiche kulturelle Szene. Eine fußläufig erreichbare Buslinie fährt direkt nach Hamburg.

The apartment is on the upper floor of a residential building. It is suitable for 4 people or 2 adults and 3 children. There is an open kitchen-living room, a spacious bedroom with double bed, a children's room with bunk bed and a shower room. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The nearest bakery is about 1.3 km away, the nearest supermarket about 2 km. The AZL Luhmühlen can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the event area Westergellerser Heide in 15 minutes (2 km).

Das Haus wurde 1923 von einem Hamburger Senator als Sommervilla gebaut. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang, Parkettboden und einen großen Balkon. Von hier aus werden Sie die Nachmittags- und Abendsonne über der unverbauten Aussicht genießen können.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right on the Elbe Cycle Path. The house is located just outside Hamburg directly on the Elbe. It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

We look forward to seeing everyone who wants to have a good time with us. Since we are quite centrally located, it is an almost optimal starting point for activities. For bikers and cyclists, we have a small workshop for maintenance. Vehicles can also be adjusted here. Drying clothes is possible in the boiler room. Skippers can park their trailers on the property. 2 trekking bikes are available for rent.
