Breton stone house with on the ground floor: dining area, kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove and shower room with toilet. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed (140 x 190) and 1 with two single beds (90 x 190). The rate varies depending on the number of guests, please indicate the correct number of people. To set the price, I took into account the amount of your travel expenses and tourist tax. The house has no exterior but is located in a quiet alley on the GR route.

Le Studio 29

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

A cozy space with a wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen and a great bathroom, a spacious bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed.

Ideally located, close to Carnac, La trinité sur mer, Quiberon, Erdeven (surfing) close to the Gulf of Morbihan, this Breton house is ideal for your holiday or weekend...
