A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

Easy reach of historic Arundel Castle and Goodwood races. Just a 5-minute walk and you're on the beach and promenade enjoying the beach cafe's, leisure centre gym and pool.

Here we have our lovely holiday home to rent on fantastic five star holiday park, Seal Bay Resort in Selsey . We are on West sands, short walk to the complex and beach. Lovely sunny position with parking. Our holiday home offers many home from home features such as washing machine/dryer, dish washer, double oven, 5 burner hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer, unlimited wi fi. Bath and shower room plus ensuite toilet and shower to master bedroom. All rooms are equipped with tv's.

On the corner of beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests, it has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Private parking, just 2/3 minutes walk to the beach . I aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier ones.

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. A light spacious beach house set over 3 floors enjoying sea views. 2 minutes from the seafront. The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. The ground floor has a large kitchen leading to a secure paved/decked garden through bifold doors, a cloakroom and a bedroom with en-suite. Located in the quiet village of Denmead my place is an ideal location to explore the local countryside and surrounding area including Portsmouth and Chichester and is only 80 minutes from London. There are 2 great pubs in easy walking distance and a small group of shops close by. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
