Holiday rentals with a patio in Selsey Bill

What a fantastic find, so close to the sea, pub locally for food and a fish and chip van too. The accommodation was spotless and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a wonderful few days thanks and hope we’ll be back again soon.

Monika and family were great hosts. The apartment was perfectly placed to explore all the lovely places to eat and visit in Portsmouth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had all you could need to be comfortable. Monika and her family made the whole process very easy, they were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again :)

Immaculate little house with everything you need. Quiet location despite being near main road. Beautiful garden to look at from patio. Easy access to everywhere on IoW. Staircase is very steep, but as described.

Lovely modern decor, spotlessly clean. Sue was very welcoming and friendly and responded quickly to messages. We would stay again.

Great location which is at the end of harbour road and very peaceful. View is great and nature reserve is really pretty. All amenities were exactly as described. All the vintage games consoles et. Makes the place very unique and quirky. 1 minute walk to the beach which is also quite unique in the way it has been shaped by the sea. Shops 10 minutes walk. Pubs 20 minutes walk.

Thanks to Wendy and Barry for a lovely stay at The Hideaway. It is a delightful little place and they have thought of every practical thing needed for a comfortable stay, including some welcome treats! We have no hesitation in recommending The Hideaway for a break in Hampshire.

This was our second stay here. It is perfect in every way. The Old Exchange is lovely. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and is a great host. We particularly appreciated the food and drink items that were left for us. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We both loved staying in this very neat, tidy apartment for 5 nights. It was clean and clutter free. Little touches like milk tea coffee and biscuits were very much appreciated. The location was ideal for us to explore the island for a couple of days and then spending 3 days at the IOW festival. Thank you very much.

We loved our stay at Monica's place! It was exactly as described and photographed. Clear instructions and everything was perfectly clean and tidy! We happened to meet Monica when we arrived, who is lovely and friendly without being intrusive. We would most definitely recommend this as an excellent place to stay!

We had such a lovely time at The Gables. It was a beautiful space and perfect for the whole family, we will definitely book again!

Sandhopper is perfectly located a couple of minutes walk from the beach and it’s a few minutes more to East Wittering. We stayed during very hot weather and Kari didn’t hesitate to get a couple of fans for our stay. Thanks. She also generously provided a welcome pack which included milk, some biscuits and a bottle of wine which was much appreciated. The rear garden was secure so our dog could wonder around safely. The property was very clean and well kept. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had all the equipment you would need. We genuinely can’t thought this property and would thoroughly recommend.

This was the perfect short break in a cracking location. My teenage daughter and I did some lovely walks, sat at the windmill at sunset, sketched at the ruined Abbey, went to Chichester for lunch via bus. Everything was just so easy and the house was impeccably clean, with beautiful quality furnishings and a really welcoming feel to it. We loved it. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Charlie & Geouff’s spacious modern bungalow! The space was beautifully designed and spotless, with a superb kitchen that had everything we needed and more. The highlight was definitely the hot tub and the outdoor bbq – the perfect way to relax after a day out. Every detail was thought through for comfort and convenience. Highly recommend and we would absolutely return!

Perfect location. Ideally placed for a walk to the beach, with a lovely pub and convenience store both short walks away. The house has a great spacious layout, with very generous facilities and peaceful garden, which is a real suntrap. Our teenagers also loved the cinema room! Will return.

Myself and our family of 5 with 3 dogs stayed at the property, and it’s quite hard to sum up the stay we had… other than perfect. This beautiful property located on the sea front, enables us to explore the nearby scenery and activities (crabbing went down well for the children) or make the most of the outdoor seating area and soak up the sun and view, we people watched all after noon and watched the world go by. Beautiful property (photos do not do it justice) and we certainly will be returning (neither of us wanted to return home after a relaxing bank holiday 3 might stay). The cottage is very tastefully decorated and has everything you could want. Sandwiched by two pubs and within easy walking distance from all the amenities and attractions, highly recommend this place.

We had a fabulous weekend in Ventnor. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. It’s a light and airy space with wonderful sea views. It’s close to town and for lovely walks. Plus parking! Rodney was the perfect host. Thank you.

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

We had a great few days not long enough lots of lovey walks as we have to dogs who loved the beach. The flat was outstanding every thing you needed was there and spotless. We had a lovely 3 night stay at David’s apartment. The whole place was beautifully presented and very clean. Whilst being attached to the back of the house, the apartment feels completely separate and tucked away with no noise but perfectly located right off of Union Street. We enjoyed spending time at the pub only a 20 second walk away as well as exploring the town and using Ryde as a base to travel other parts of the island. We didn’t have a car but the buses and trains made it easy to get around. Highly recommend for a short getaway, we were welcomed with milk in the fridge and some sweet treats. Thanks again to David and Marion, fantastic hosts and extremely accommodating!

Robert's place was absolutely perfect for a weekend in southsea. The area of southsea its self is so lovely and probably the nicest location around. The place was perfect with a massive communal Open kitchen and a big front room, great for friends and families to hang out. The bedrooms were actually nicer than the pictures. The garden was great and they had lots of indoor and outdoor games which was good to entertain my niece. The front bedroom was a little loud with the road until about 10pm, but after that it was fine. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/ cutlery/ cleaning products etc. Perfect place to stay!

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

Worth the stay 2nd time there and would go again

A lovely stay and perfect weather, accommodation as described and very quiet, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and felt like home. Great for myself and Basil my dog being a short walk to the beach and shops. A couple of little hiccups with internet and TV but were sorted quickly by Emma, thank you. Thoughtful welcome package. Would be happy to stay again.
