We had a wonderful stay at Choller Farm! The views were absolutely stunning, and we loved watching the cute cows come to say hello. The house was beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail, and it had everything we needed for a perfect, relaxing break. The hot tub was amazing, it such a lovely way to unwind while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Jack was very helpful and always there in case we had any questions. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend!

We had an amazing time. The caravan was clean and homely . Had everything you need in the caravan and the added extra of bread , milk and shortbread was a nice extra touch. The kids loved the hot tub and the board games in the caravan. Jack contacted me on the morning of our stay with instructions on how to check in etc which was easy and caravan was easy to find with his instructions.

Jo’s place is fantastic. The pool, jacuzzi, and fireplace were clean and new, and her instructions were very helpful to get everything running. The cabin was extremely clean, and had all the amenities you need for an amazing stay. Jo’s also an extremely friendly and responsive host, and cares about your privacy. Overall, we had an amazing experience, would definitely come back again.

the caravan was clean and everything we needed was provided e.g cups, plates, cooking utensils, washing up liquid and clothes. the bedrooms were a good size and fairly comfortable beds. the caravan was in a great location the facilities were brilliant and we found out they had entertainment every night which was brilliant if you didn't want to leave the park. the decking outside the caravan was perfect for evening dinner and just to relax whilst the sunsets. I would definitely come back and Steven was very quick to respond if I needed any help

We highly recommend the Alpaca Lodge! The communication was excellent from the outset, with Laura being very accommodating to our requests. We appreciated the freedom to explore the land within the sensible guidelines provided. The cute welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The living space was great, but the jacuzzi was truly outstanding. Soaking in it with the fairy lights creating such a lovely atmosphere was a highlight of our trip. We'd happily stay again!

Stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect. Really clean and was stocked up with everything you could need. They have a great fan in there to use but id recommend bringing one if it’s going to be around 30 degrees because it does get a little warm in there. Overall they couldn’t have provided anymore it was lovely and I would definitely stay again.

Such a lovely place, even nicer than the photos! We really enjoyed the view of the cows, sheep, goat and llama...such a treat to wake up to. The lodge itself was fantastic: really well equipped with a big comfy sofa and everything we needed. The hot tub was a real highlight and made our stay feel extra special. What a gorgeous place! Sara you have made a really beautiful, quaint, peaceful retreat here. Beautifully decorated and well equipped riverside cabin. Easy to find, stunning surroundings and wildlife aplenty. The fact that there is no TV, no radio, no wifi and no phone reception is utter BLISS! If you want a digital detox, this is your place. We didn't see a single person for 2 whole days. Sara's instructions were friendly, easy to follow and she even left flowers and prosecco which is a lovely touch. Sara really has thought of everything with Pogle's cabin. Watching the fire as the sun sets, listening to the bird song and running water of the stream is a dream. So nice Sara is happy to have dogs stay here too, they absolutely loved their time here. The walks around the field and across the stream are so pretty and we often saw deer fleeting across. Thank you so much for a much needed weekend of R&R! So happy we have found this little slice of heaven, we will definitely be back.

A lovely annex which was well equipped with books, games, and even jigsaws. It was super clean and spotless and had lovely furnishings. The info/welcome had everything you need to know about the annex and the area. Really recommend!

Our first time at Seal Bay holiday park and I we are so pleased we chose to stay at Eileen’s caravan. It was clearly of a high standard with modern interior and we loved that it had a bathroom with shower and en-suite with bath which seemed very rare for the resort. The location was great in the Green Lawns area which was quiet and away from the busier louder parts of the park. Eileen was great from start to finish in responding to us, accommodating our last minute booking and answering any questions immediately. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back and recommend to family and friends! Thank you for a great stay!

Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely incredible! Words can’t even begin to describe how magical it is. The location is absolutely stunning, like something out of a postcard. And the wildlife is absolutely breathtaking, all nestled in a peaceful and tranquil setting. If you’re ever looking for a truly unforgettable experience, I highly recommend booking this place. The offerings are simply amazing, and the hosts are incredibly friendly and attentive. They’ll make sure you have a time of your life. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Gorgeous views lovely location beautiful beaches .Great fishing 🎣 Peaceful. Everything you need for your stay local shops to hand and a good sized lidl for big shop if needed .Good places to eat out . We loved our stay so did both our dogs ..bit barky as people walking by on the beach thats only because they not used to that 😄 Would definitely come back .thank you pippa for your kindness lovely to meet you 😊❤️

Beautiful lodge right on the beach - the most perfect sunsets! Perfect view of the sea and across to the IOW. The lodge is perfectly arranged with top quality furnishings, well equipped kitchen. Decking area would be amazing in the warmer months. Sarah really helpful and responsive - thoughtful gift of cream tea and prosecco in the fridge for our arrival. Everything you need for a perfect and relaxing stay. The dog loved it too! Lovely finishing touches - we would stay again! Thank you :)))

Wonderful weekend spent in the cabin. We loved it! Being so close to the beach was perfect for us. The space was beautifully presented, all the extra touches were so thoughtful and the outdoor shower was a huge hit with the children!! We made the most of the local restaurants and coffee shop (Goat was a fav!), which were very helpfully recommended to us by Paul. All in all a fab weekend and we would love to come and stay again soon!! ☺️

This is by far the nicest caravan I have ever stayed in. it has all the home comforts you could wish for and was spacious, comfy and clean. Janet had put out welcome chocolates and a drink which was a lovely personal touch. She messaged to ensure we were happy on arrival and gave us clear check in/out instructions. This place has comfy beds, and the linen and bathrooms were immaculate. It also has a fab outdoor area, which we didnt use as the weather wasnt on our side, but hopefully next time! Now that we have discovered this little gem, we hope to become regular visitors. What an excellent place-Thank you Janet!

We had a great stay at Simone’s place, excellent location for exploring Southsea & Portsmouth. Simone was very quick to respond & we had everything we needed. Having a parking space was also really helpful. I would recommend for anyone visiting on a short stay to the area.

The Cabin in East Marden hosted by Philip was perfect for us. It was just as described, very clean and tranquil. It as easy to find and a perfect location for us as we were running Race to the King in West Dean Gardens 10 mins drive away. There is a lovely pub called The White Horse in Chillgrove, which is 2 mins drive away that does lovely food. Check in was easy via a lockbox and Philip replied to all my messages very quickly. The area is very pretty especially Chichester Harbour and the South Downs. Thank you for a lovely stay we will be back next year! Roland

Had a great couple nights stay here. The cabin was ideal, Rebecca gave clear instructions, the little bits left towards breakfast were gratefully received. Would happily stay here again the future.

Great off grid experience, located in a field no where near any main roads, lovely scenery and extremely private, extremely cosy cabin with great views everywhere you look

A really lovely property. Thoughtfully furnished and accessoried, the accommodation is in a really peaceful, beautiful setting. I particularly loved the attention to detail, provision of teas and coffees, milk and delicous home made bread. Thank you so much. I also love that there were no single use plastics and bin liners were compostible, it really does make a difference, thank you! The outdoor seating areas provided both sun and shade, depending on what was needed.

Thank you for our wonderful stay at the Lodge. The Accommodation was comfortable clean and in perfect working order. The pool added an extra and the area is so calm-just what we fancied! We hope to come again and wish Elaine and Her daughter and family and majestic horses!-all the best!

Absolutely beautiful location. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and peaceful, set in a beautiful garden next to a nature reserve. The garden was lit up by magical lighting in the night and a had fabulous pond to sit and relax. The swimming pool is large and warm and the hosts very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly return for another.
