Our secluded stylish cottage is located on the east side of Selsey and is only 50m to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the local shops. The property is an ideal gateway for visiting the beautiful spots around the manhood peninsula and beyond to Chichester, Goodwood and the South Downs. The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. The ground floor has a large kitchen leading to a secure paved/decked garden through bifold doors, a cloakroom and a bedroom with en-suite. The top floor has two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Ideal for relaxed family and friend get togethers. A comfortable home from home.

57 Granada is a holiday chalet situated at Selsey Golf and Country Club a quiet, popular, family-oriented holiday park. The facilities on site include an outdoor heated swimming pool (summer only) and bar with a family seating area. There are two ball play areas, a tennis court and a children's playground. The site is suitable for both families and couples and is located a few minutes drive or 15/20 minutes walk to Selsey village and the local beaches. The site is next to Selsey Golf Course.

Lovely sunny position with parking. A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.
