The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Blue Moon Cottage by the beach

Our secluded stylish cottage is located on the east side of Selsey and is only 50m to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the local shops. The property is an ideal gateway for visiting the beautiful spots around the manhood peninsula and beyond to Chichester, Goodwood and the South Downs. Whether you are visiting for a holiday, attending a local wedding or for business(high speed wifi), you will find our cottage a haven of tranquility during your stay with that unique home away from home feeling.

A light spacious beach house set over 3 floors enjoying sea views. 2 minutes from the seafront. The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. The ground floor has a large kitchen leading to a secure paved/decked garden through bifold doors, a cloakroom and a bedroom with en-suite. The top floor has two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Ideal for relaxed family and friend get togethers. A comfortable home from home.

57 Granada is a holiday chalet situated at Selsey Golf and Country Club a quiet, popular, family-oriented holiday park. The facilities on site include an outdoor heated swimming pool (summer only) and bar with a family seating area. There are two ball play areas, a tennis court and a children's playground. The site is suitable for both families and couples and is located a few minutes drive or 15/20 minutes walk to Selsey village and the local beaches. The site is next to Selsey Golf Course.

Lovely sunny position with parking. Our holiday home offers many home from home features such as washing machine/dryer, dish washer, double oven, 5 burner hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer, unlimited wi fi. Bath and shower room plus ensuite toilet and shower to master bedroom. All rooms are equipped with tv's.

Welcome to our shepherds hut, for a touch of glamping in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Perfectly situated for walkers and cyclists as we are right on the South Downs Way and a short drive for Goodwood events. A cosy retreat with scenic views across the Downs, beautiful sunsets, starry skies and passing wildlife. There is a toilet and shower facility. A kettle, mini fridge and teas, coffees, milk, cereals are included in the hut. An electric heater keeps it nice an cosy.

There's a fire pit in the garden, a BBQ on the terrace and a balcony with magnificent views over the sea. The space is ideal for family and friends’ get togethers. The outdoors and interiors merge in this light filled house with french doors opening up to balconies, terraces and front and back gardens.

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints.
