Light filled cottage overlooking the sea, a stone's throw from Hayling's blue flag beach, mini railway and a beach café, and a 15 minute drive (or ferry ride!) from Portsmouth . It features 2 king size bedrooms, 1 with an en suite and then a separate bathroom. Theres a kitchen, living area and dining table downstairs with a toilet. A travel cot can be supplied if needed. Please ask if you need any extras and we will do what we can to help! The cottage is attached to the main family home but is it’s own separate space.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.
