Welcome to our small studio (ground floor) located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Vannes. The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. Two rooms of 42 m2, walking distance from the village, beaches and coastal trails on the 2nd and top floor. It is composed of: - a living room with balcony, sofa bed and dining area, - a separate bedroom with 140 cm double bed, - a separate kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, - a bathroom with shower and toilet. The building does not have an elevator. Only two people can fit on the balcony.
