Hello and welcome aboard this lovely attic studio, perched on the top floor of this beautiful 1939 "Ti Melen" Carnac house. Ideally located between beaches and megaliths. Once you're settled in, its theme will let your imagination run wild, extending your experience of our beautiful country. We'll be happy to share our favorites (restaurants, shops, walks…). La Cachette Perdue, 300 meters from the beach, the port, this small atypical T1 bis, has everything you need to relax as a couple. Mini hammam in the shower, 2x spa bath (which replaces the Nordic bath in photo 1), 5.1 home theater in the room. *To have a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bicycles at no extra cost. Close to the village of Séné, the Séné ornithological nature reserve, the beaches, and the city center of Vannes (4 km), the house is perfect for family vacations, a long weekend or simply as a temporary residence. Business travelers will have space to work and receive guests.

New house, rated 3 tourist stars, quick access to the sea (3 min walk), very bright, south-facing with 3 furnished terraces (meals, aperitif and solarium with an additional jacuzzi €30.00 per night) and large living room with open kitchen. Enclosed grounds that can accommodate your pet. The beds will be made upon your arrival and a towel will be provided. In winter, wood is provided for the stove.

NOTE that for the price of this independent room with bathroom, we offer you a kitchenette in the workshop on the ground floor at no extra cost (not very attractive but very practical: you are independent). Access to the studio is via a miller's staircase. the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a curtain and not a door. Hot tub for an extra charge and subject to availability
