This unique home, with exceptional harbor views, is close to all sites and amenities. You will be charmed by the exposed stones and beams of this 50 sqm T2, completely renovated. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), of a secure building, the accommodation has a cozy and bright living room: living room/living room and fully equipped open kitchen. A large bedroom (queen size bed, workspace, storage) as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.

In a rural and exceptional environment, come and stay in a 40 m2 2-room apartment on the 1st and top floor with balcony and private parking, facing south, quiet and 100 m from the Gulf of Morbihan. You will be close to hiking trails. The pier for the Gulf Islands is also within walking distance of the apartment. Bus stop is 100 m away, Carrefour Market (pharmacy, bakery...) 1 km away.
