Beach 2 km away. Kitchenette equipped with glass-ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, bed linen and towels provided. Bathroom, separate toilet, 82 cm TV, heating, closet. New bed with 160 cm high quality bedding. Separate entrance, parking in front of the studio. Car recommended.

The house is located directly on the GR34 (gate at the bottom of the garden). Decorated in a cottage spirit, the tiny house is located in the heart of the small village of the Séné nature reserve. Private terrace in a 1000 m2 garden, garden table and chairs, brazier and deckchairs. The location is ideal: shops and nature are in one place.

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.
