In a few minutes you can reach the city center of Wolfsburg as well as the Volkswagen factory by car or bus. The idyllic forest is on your doorstep and invites you to take walks through the quiet neighborhood.

The apartment is about 43 m². There is 2 room, one large (living room) and one slightly smaller (bedroom), both connecting a long hallway from which also bathroom and kitchen go off. The living room is also adjoined by a balcony facing the street. All rooms are very bright due to the many windows in daylight. Except for bathroom and kitchen (tiles), in all rooms there is easy-care laminate flooring.

Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has an 18 m² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Braunschweig. From here you can easily reach Braunschweig City with theaters, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with Phaeno and Autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house.
