Old details are preserved; such as mirrored doors, hardwood floors, fireplace, beamed ceilings, and the old school board. Here you can enjoy good dinners both in the kitchen and on the generous patio with exit directly from the Classroom. There is something for both old and young as the nearest neighbor is the village playground where two boule courts are included. It is bike and walking distance into Simrishamn.

Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast and cleaning is included! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time live in the countryside You live in our apartment located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live on the countryside yet only 15 min to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you would rather stroll and experience the small-town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 min away by car. For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. There are all sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad etc.

Unique home under a water ceiling, pool, and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a regular comment we received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with clear marine feel in New England style. The layout is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has a certain privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamnship, there's a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull off. The beds have reading lamps and power outlets for charging. EV charging box. Sauna and pool.

The accommodation is very cozy, bright and clean. There is plenty of seating and the kitchen is very well equipped. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the town and the beach. Donald is very friendly, accommodating and was always available.

We loved Thierry’s house and garden! It was beautifully decorated inside and we felt at home right away. It’s a very peaceful location and in about 30 min you can walk to Simrishamn via the foot/cycle path. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Sillensdag, meet the many friendly locals and have delicious food. The area is also great for longer walks as the Skåneleden and Backaleden are nearby. Last but not least, the rock carvings are also not far away and are fascinating!

The place was clean and nothing was missing. The contact with Ulla worked perfectly and was always friendly. I highly recommend the house and would come back any time. Thanks for the nice and quiet vacation week!

Generös Skånelänga in small charming village

We had a super cozy week with nice Titti and Hasse, who were on hand and helped quickly when an extra towel was needed etc. There is plenty of space to hang out and a large kitchen with everything you might need. We were six people and so appreciated the dishwasher and all the different seating areas. The large dining table inside was only used a few times because the weather was nice and we sat outside in the sun both for breakfast and in the evening. Really comfortable beds and nice sheets and towels. One of the bedrooms is walk-through room to the other two, but you can pull for a drape so it didn't bother us at all. We brought our little dog who could run freely in our part of the garden, facing fields and at a safe distance from the busy road. We would be glad to come back.

The accommodation and Esmeralda were great. We were a little surprised/disappointed that all service closed so early. Most of them closed at 6 pm, even at well-visited excursion destinations such as Kåseberga, Ale Stenar. Maybe because we were there in May, but it was still a long weekend (Ascension Day) and a lot of tourists. But I highly recommend the accommodation! Easy to find and convenient with parking just outside.

Artist lodge close to the sea

The location is very quiet with beautiful views of the fields, the wide landscape and the Baltic Sea. As a family of four, we immediately felt very comfortable and had a great time overall. All necessary things for self-catering are present without unnecessary frills. Andrea and Gustaf are very nice, likeable and uncomplicated hosts. Ideally located also for day trips to Malmö and Ystad, but also the immediate surroundings offer many beautiful landscapes. We highly recommend the location and would love to come back any time.
