Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Guest house with rural location in beautiful Österlen!

We are located at 160 m above sea level and are surrounded by Grevlunda slopes fantastic and scenic surroundings. The location of the wheelhouse is peaceful and the rolling landscape is beautiful all year round. Here you have downhill all the way down to the sea…The guest house is located on our small farm. Newly renovated on two floors, about 50 m2, sleeps five, fully equipped kitchen and its own patio. Hang out in the green grass, barbecue, play boule, or read a book in the orangery. Only 15 minutes to fantastic beaches and many good restaurants!

Unique accommodation under a thatched roof, pool and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

Modern and cozy accommodation in bright and nice house about 200 meters to the sea in Brantevik. The house is located at the bottom of a dead end street and with walking distance to the village's various activities such as tennis court, outdoor gym, padel court, swimming area and playground. In the house there are 4 sleeping places divided into 2 larger bedrooms, the other with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All beds are purchased in 2021. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Open-plan with kitchen, dining area and sofa.

The farm is located in Örnahusen, in beautiful Österlen at the tip of the east coast. It is a perfect spot for a lovely holiday for the big family or two. The nearest neighbors are 100 meters away, so the house is very private. The patio is private and perfect for children and animals to move freely without risking running out on the road. The farm is surrounded by fields that give it an open and bright feeling. It is walking distance to the sea and the beautiful long beaches that Österlen is so well known for.

White house on Brantevik Österlen

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Old school in Vik

The house is perched high overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Viks Folk High School until the end of the 50s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was done and now the entire house is as in newly built condition. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as far as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old settlement is very well preserved. Here is calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. You can walk or bike to swimming, Simrishamn's charming alleys or luxury to it with a restaurant visit on our star nook VIEW. Come down and start the golfing season in Skåne! During the spring it is also a paradise for bird watchers or bring your hiking boots and explore the Skåneleden trail. That summer is a treat on Österlen with some of Sweden's loveliest beaches is no secret, but even the autumn with the lukewarm evenings and the warm sea is magical!
