Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

We are located at 160 m above sea level and are surrounded by Grevlunda slopes fantastic and scenic surroundings. The location of the wheelhouse is peaceful and the rolling landscape is beautiful all year round. Here you have downhill all the way down to the sea…The guest house is located on our small farm. Newly renovated on two floors, about 50 m2, sleeps five, fully equipped kitchen and its own patio. Hang out in the green grass, barbecue, play boule, or read a book in the orangery. Only 15 minutes to fantastic beaches and many good restaurants!

After a few kilometers of magical winding forest road up the hills, you will come to this unique cottage. The forest ranger's cabin is located at a high altitude and the view of Hanöbukten with Stenshuvud nature reserve in the background is unique. Here you can walk, hike in untouched forests, along trails or by the sea. You are between heaven and sea in one of Österlen's most beautiful places. Proximity to the sea and swimming, towns, villages that offer food, fish shops, farm shops, cafes, restaurants, music performances, flea markets, etc.

Modern and cozy accommodation in bright and nice house about 200 meters to the sea in Brantevik. The house is located at the bottom of a dead end street and with walking distance to the village's various activities such as tennis court, outdoor gym, padel court, swimming area and playground. In the house there are 4 sleeping places divided into 2 larger bedrooms, the other with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All beds are purchased in 2021. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Open-plan with kitchen, dining area and sofa.

The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen with close proximity to the sea, nature, sights and in combination of a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guesthouse is adapted for 2-6 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy the little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has an overall area of 100 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2.

The guesthouse is bright and airy, with access to a large lush garden with dining area. The whole place is characterized by birdsong and silence, but still with proximity to chalk-white sandy beaches (the nearest 6 km away) and Österlen's rich selection of restaurants, culture and unique nature experiences.

Tycker ni om gamla hus med bevarade detaljer,så välkomna till Bergåsa! Stora huset består av tre lägenheter. Ni har egen ingång och trädgård. wifi och cromecast finns. Jag bor i ena ladan och min syster i den andra. Så det kan vara lite liv och rörelse,men vi är snälla och enkla. Det kan komma en katt på besök. Nära till Kivik ,och stranden (gångavstånd) ca 15 minuter. Stenshuvud nationalpark, Svabesholm och kivik artcenter ngn kilometer bort. välkomna! Nina

Luta dig tillbaka - du har koll på allt direkt från den generösa sängen. Vagnen har allt du behöver, med pentry, vattentoa, dusch, och en kamin som gör även vintern mysig här. Naturreservatet är ett stenkast bort, och väl tillbaka - kanske en smakprovning med gårdens cider - Österskens Torra?
