The cottage is located only 500 meters from the North Sea and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches. From the house and the terraces, there is a beautiful sea view. The house is from 1966 and has a preserved charming style. The 48 sqm contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with a bed of 140:200. Outside, there are terraces to the east, south and west with a gas grill. In addition, an outdoor bath and a wilderness bath that can be used for a fee. Electricity is charged: DKK 4 per kWh. The money is settled on departure in DKK or euros in cash.

There are good shopping opportunities in the commercial town of Hirtshals, which is a 10-minute drive from Uggerby. In Hjørring, 20 km from Uggerby, you will find Vendsyssel's largest shopping center.

Nyd det autentiske skagenliv i denne gamle, fredelige og centralt beliggende bolig tæt på Brøndums Hotel, Skagen Museum og Skagen Sønderstrand. Boligen byder på soveværelse med dobbeltseng, lille thekøkken og stue med sovesofa til 2 personer. Såfremt sovesofaen benyttes til overnatning opkræves 500 kr ekstra. Gå ind i gården og gennem den blå dør længst henne til venstre, hvorefter der kommer en hvid trædør til Trolles Hus.
