The house is newly renovated and tastefully furnished with kitchen, living room with dining area, sofa, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There are 8 sleeping places in the house. In addition, there is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is access to a cozy courtyard with outdoor furniture and barbecue as well as lovely sunshine. The apartment is 14 sqm and is a large room where there is a 2 pers. bed and a sofa bed that can be knocked out. There is an outdoor kitchen with water and barbecue ( THERE IS ONLY WATER OUTSIDE). The apartment features a small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a microwave. Bathroom and toilet are located next to the apartment. YOU HAVE TO GO OUT TO GET INTO THE BATHROOM. It is 1.6 km to the city centre and 1.9 km to the beach. Linen package with towels can be purchased for 80kr per package.

There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.
