Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Family friendly summer house with ocean view on large undisturbed property. Perfect for a small getaway in the nature and by the sea. Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

There is free parking in the driveway and a private entrance with a key box for your own apartment and terrace in the garden. 4-5 minutes walk to the bus and 10 minutes to the light rail to Aarhus, where you can take route L1 and be in the center of Aarhus in 15 minutes. - The Djursland highway is only a 3-minute drive away. - 2-5 minutes walk to Q8 or Netto and SuperBrugsen. It is 20 m2 and has a cozy terrace and lawn that invites you to have a lot of fun and games. The annex consists of a bathroom and a combined bedroom/living room/kitchenette in one. Storbyen Aarhus, Letbanen, busforbindelser, 1 km til motorvej, 4-5 km til stranden, landsby idyl. det er en lille landsby med 5 gårde Rolige naturskønne områder (kommunal skov 1 km. ) Stor fællesområde med græs. Lidt væk fra det hele. Men rare og venlige omgivelser. Skrev en der lejede det ja det er rigtigt, der er 1,5 km til byer med forretninger, byerne er Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, Skæring.
