Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sleights

Wonderful property, recently renovated to a very high standard. Views were exceptional, fixtures and fittings were very good quality. Host was easy to contact and very friendly. Local pub is a ten minute walk and serves good food.

We booked this for friends to use for their honeymoon. Charles was very accommodating and helpful when booking and the space was just perfect. Particularly appreciated was the wood fired hot tub and lots of useful local information helping them to make the most of their stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Photographer’s House! The home was well equipped, especially the kitchen, it had everything we needed to feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated the lovely welcome basket, thank you. The view is stunning! We spent hours on the patio, soaking up the sunshine and taking it all in. The host, Ashley, was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. We’d love to come back again!

Wow! What a beautiful cottage in Staithes. The beds were super comfy, beautifully decorated throughout with everything needed for a self catering stay. The host David, was really friendly and met us on arrival to show us around the cottage. He even dropped off a pack of cards later in the day as we had forgotten ours! Stunning views on opening the lounge doors to hear the birds nesting in the cliffs and watch the tide coming in. We will definitely be staying again, soon hopefully! Thank you

A super cottage in a beautiful , peaceful location overlooking the river. The cottage was comfortable, well equipped and very spacious for 4 adults. Cara was a responsive and helpful host. The location is perfect for getting to Whitby, the NE coast or the North Yorkshire Moors. We walked into Whitby on the beautiful riverside path, accessible and only 35 mins. We happily recommend.

The house was a good size for 6 of us plus dogs. Elliot was very responsive and greeted us in arrival. The walk into town was very easy and great to go and get scampi and chips. There are some great walks on the moors and the Eskdale valley. The disused railway is on the doorstep and a lovely easy walk. I recommend the gin tour of Whitby gin and the brewery for a quiet drink by the abbey.

Idyllic four nights in The Shed. Nicola has the property resourced brilliantly and it was easy to feel at home with all the practical information she provided. The location is tranquil-days were spent enjoying the enclosed garden. The property is a nearby drive to a lovely village and market towns or you can venture further to Whitby or Scarborough. Thoroughly enjoyed our temporary home.

A cosey stay in a lovely cottage. Excellent views and very close to everything. We enjoyed the log fire and many walks. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal. Molly was excellent to deal with.

Will definitely be back , as a photographer it was a great location for Bempton Cliffs . Everything you needed was on site lovely location , well kept , short walk to a lovely sandy beach . Close to Whitby, Scarborough and Bridlington for a day out

Fantastic Beach House just like the pics, very clean and tidy.The Beach is just 5min walk away and spotless. Beautiful beach walk to Filey or scenic cliff walks looking out to sea.There is a Bar and pool on-site .First time we have been and definitely go again.Tom was very helpful and friendly and quick to get back with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful break , ideal for a doggy , even had a visit to the Beach house by rabbits and ducks.

Had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend at Salty Kisses with my family. The house was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Joanne was a very good host and emailed all the information I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to relax with friends. Really enjoyed the terrace and the views. Comfortable beds. A very attractive holiday park estate with a great feel. So close to the beaches and beach cafe. Richard very responsive and helpful. A perfect week.

Would highly recommend this little holiday apartment. We had a lovely weekend with the dog in Filey. The apartment is good value and it was great to be provided with tea, coffee, shampoo, soap etc. The location on The Bay is perfect for walking on the beach to the town.

The place was lovely, a short walk to the lovely beach was the main draw. A good location to explore nearby towns by car. The additional of the on site swimming pool was great. Great location! perfect for beach, dog walks and bus to Scarborough /Filey etc. if not driving. Caravan had everything we needed including dishwasher/air fryer/microwave and plenty of dishes/cups/glasses/ cutlery etc. Kim was a very responsive host. Situated near shop playground and pool it’s in ideal spot on the site. Car can be parked right across from caravan so easy to walk on grass to/from caravan.

An absolutely lovely place and not far from anywhere like Whitby bay Robin hoods bay were all within easy reach. Beautiful surroundings and a lovely restaurant down the road called the Grainary also lovely restaurant called the plough in Scalby which is a short drive away. The owners were so welcoming and so attentive. Very dog friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic time at Byre Cottage. The property was kept immaculate, with all the facilities one could ask for. The cottage was furnished to a great standard and we shall definitely be visiting again in the near future. Absolutely amazing views of Whitby from lounge and bedrooms. Beautifully decorated. Had everything you could possibly want and was spotlessly clean.Perfect!

Fantastic location - far enough out for peace and quiet and far enough in to access the towns and places of interest. The accommodation was perfect with fantastic views over the Esk valley. It was both compact and spacious and very homely. The local pub is very friendly with excellent beers and food - just make sure you get there by the track otherwise you’ll need carabiners for the hill. We would definitely book again and probably for a bit longer.

This is a lovely historic cottage at the very bottom of the hill in Robin Hood’s Bay, so literally a stone’s throw from the slipway to the beach. Perfect location to explore this special little place. The cosy living room is well set out then the first floor has the main bedroom (with an antique bed) and a door out to the back area with the picnic table. Lovely to take in the views of the bay in the evening and morning. Top floor has a good shower room and a twin bedroom. Within two minutes of the front door are several nice cafes, shops, a good restaurant, a bookshop and the beach. Hard to beat for location. Walking up the hill is hard work, but you only need to do that if you’re heading off. We had a problem sorting out the right key for the back door and Gordon and the housekeeper sorted it out immediately. It passed my wife’s cleanliness test - a lot of places she cleans herself when we arrive, but no need here. It was spotless.

Griff Cottage is beautiful and finished to a very high standard, Paul and Cath have thought of everything to make your stay .The welcome gifts of wine,milk and cakes was a lovely surprise to the start of our holiday & helpful instructions suggestions to local attractions,restaurants,pubs.We would highly recommend .It is located in a beautiful setting close to the beach and soooper dog friendly with wonderful coastal walks .

The stay was absolutely wonderful, the apartment is beautiful, clean and very well equipped. An additional big plus is the possibility of staying with a dog which was extremely important to us. Great contact during the stay in case of any questions. Fantastic location and so close to everywhere you need. I definitely recommend and we will gladly come back here.

The cottage is just lovely. It’s obvious that Lynne has thought about every detail. We felt at home immediately on arrival. Lynne took the trouble to contact me directly the day prior to my booking to welcome me and give check in & parking details. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful cottage which is in a prime location.
