Great location for a girls weekend. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants on Congress Street. The pool was lovely and the perfect little oasis during a hot day. Only downside was the construction right next door that started at 7AM everyday, but we understood that this is out of the host’s control. Would stay again, perfect walkable location in a very nice neighborhood.

I am very happy to have stayed in this house. It is very beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is very clean. Excellent service from Joshua. He was very attentive to our arrival and responded quickly. I was there for a very short time. I hope to return with my family again. We had an incredible time. Hacienda was more than perfect for the bachelorette! The space was great for 7 of us girlies and very clean. Hosts were available if we ever needed anything, clear instructions on entering the bnb and even allowed us in a little early. Highly recommend this bnb for anyone visiting for a bachelorette or birthday! Easy drive to downtown or local restaurants as there’s everything you need nearby. Thank you for a great place!

Everything about Swiss Alp Chalet was as expected, as advertised. The screen around the pool made for a relaxing swim time. The provisions were as if someone was anticipating the next need, for example, a melon baller in the kitchen drawer. Beautiful house.

My friends and I booked this house for our best friend’s bachelorette trip. Throughout the entire process, Lucas & Nickol were extremely responsive with us, answering any questions we had. We truly had the best weekend to celebrate our bride to be. The house was perfect with a gorgeous back yard, many places to sleep and in a perfect location to get downtown quickly. If you’re staying in Austin I would very highly recommend staying here!

An amazing property with a kind hostess. We felt the warm welcome and charming southern hospitality just oozing out of this place. They provided every supply for our weekend except our food and drinks. There was charcoal for the bbq, kayaks and life jackets for the river, abundant firewood and sticks for s'mores, bubbles, floaties for the pool, a blender for making drinks. We saw a heron, owls, a friendly cat, and few deer grazing on the property one morning. The whole weekend was like a little taste of paradise. Thank you.

We had a great time at Jim's cottage! The surroundings were so beautiful. It rained during our entire trip and we enjoyed the sounds and surroundings of nature. My favorite part was hiking with our toddler and two dachshunds, and reading my Kindle on the front porch. The beds were comfy, the AC units in every room kept the entire house super cold like we like it, and our 2 year old loved running up and down the ramp outside that leads up to the porch. We plan to return!

We stayed at the Ramona House for our son’s wedding and it was great! Plenty of room for everyone staying and the house has wonderful charm. Smithville is a precious town with good restaurants in walking distance of the house. Watch out for that Smithville volunteer fire department siren though! It will wake you up 😂. Brooke and Grayson were very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful space. The windows were gorgeous. Every piece was intentional. Aside from a family painting in the living room that we felt was a tad out of place. Aside from just natural weathering of the wood which made the exterior a bit underwhelming compared to the photos, everything was perfect. Megan and co were great in communication from beginning to end.

Gillian’s house was the perfect place for our group of 15. We had enough room for everyone and more. The surrounding areas were so beautiful and peaceful. The stars are visible and we enjoyed the nature around the house. Will definitely be coming back!

Omg, this property was amazing! The place was absolutely beautiful, both inside and out, it smelled and looked just like a brand new home. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered. I really appreciated the generous touches like the complimentary bottle of wine, snacks, and the lovely handwritten thank you card. It all made the experience so welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! By the way its the perfect place to go fishing nearby at Moby dicks and see the Austin city as well.

I would stay there again, comfortable and Jenna let us know about bad weather coming. We were there to be with family after going through some rough stuff. I would recommend it to other family.

Staying at Shane’s airbnb was a dream! The house was perfect on the inside and literally had every single thing you would ever need. The location was great, we were surrounded by trees and even got to see some deers at night. The hot tub was also a very nice addition. Definitely a must visit spot ❤️

This place is ADORABLE!!! 🥰 My pup and I had a blast staying here. The yard is a perfect size for a dog. Shay had a goody basket with snacks and dog treats to welcome us, even a sweet handwritten note! She was beyond helpful in this stay. The house was spotless and had plenty of toiletries and other traveling items. The convenience of the garage was great during the rain. Would stay again!

We had great time. This place was the best way to get away from the hustle of big city life. With all of the amazing amenities ( pool, hot tub, game room, and fully equipped gym with sauna) and serene location, we were able to relax and enjoy our time together. We will definitely be coming back!

Sophie is an incredibly thoughtful and personable host. She makes her spaces unique and memorable, and you can tell the attention to detail she has. Unlike other AirBnB’s that can be a bit sterile and cookie cutter, Sophie’s place is full of interesting pieces focused on creating communal spaces to gather and connect. We made great memories staying up late talking and enjoying coffee all together in the morning. If your trip is for something special, have no doubt that Sophie is the ideal host.
