Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Wake up to the sound of birds in this contemporary designed well built house, just a short stroll away from the beach and nature reserve. Located in the sleepy village of Nyhamnsläge on the Kulla Peninsula you have the opportunity to a wide range of activities such as hiking in meadows and gravel roads to the fishing village Mölle, a bike trip to visit one of our vineyards or a day trip to Copenhagen. Unique House! Close to everything in Kullabygden.

Unique accommodation in an old school on the fantastic Kulla Peninsula (Jonstorp) The house was built in 1912 and was a school for over 50 years. In the 90s, a countess moved in and began renovating the facade to Victorian style and renamed the house Wiktoriana Slott. Today, a major renovation of the facade and outdoor environment is required. Located at a convenient distance to all amenities to all that the kulla peninsula has to offer, including wineries, golf club, hiking trails, ocean.

Gästhus med fantastisk utsikt nära naturen

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Eget hus med privat bastu på Kullahalvön!

Huset ligger mitt i byn, nära till havet, badplats, pizzeria och affär. Tunneberga gästgivargård finns tvärs över vägen. Nära också till den nya Kattegattsleden som har utsetts till årets cykelled i Europa 2018. Skåneleden för vandring går genom byn. Nära till Kullaberg. Huset är på 40 kvadratmeter och har eget badrum och bastu. I rummet finns en sovalkov med två sängar och en soffa som fungerar som dubbelsäng. Pentry finns också för matlagning. Tillgång till egen uteplats med grill.

Trevligt, fräscht "sköt dig själv" boende

Fullt utrustad lägenhet belägen i utkanten av Nyhamnsläge. Nära till havet där det finns hamn, strand, badplats och naturreservat. Cykelväg finns runt hörnet och via den kommer man norrut till Mölle, Kullaberg och Krapprup. Söderut når man Höganäs. Är man intresserad av fiske finns goda möjligheter att fiska från stranden. Lägenheten är en avdelad biyta i en större villa. Det är egen ingång och altandörr mot trädgård. Badrummet har toa, handfat, dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

"Stallet" is an annex to an old farm in a charming fishing village next to the famous nature reserve Kullaberg. Modern open kitchen/living room with sea view and a fireplace. Upstairs, a double bedroom and 2 beds on the landing. Terrace for sunny days. Ideal for sea and nature lovers. Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.

Country home guest house with bathroom and kitchenette. Located 1km from the ocean and 1km from Arild Golf course. Café Flickorna Lundgren 500m. Fishing villages Arild and Mölle nearby. Good to know: the boiler tank is not big enough to fill the bath with hot water. But a long nice shower is no problem. The Sheets and towels are not included, bring your own.
