Consisting of a living/bedroom with TV and fast WiFi. 1 room with a small kitchenette. 1 separate, small bathroom with shower and toilet. Carport / terrace with cozy garden furniture and wide views of nature. The rental price includes electricity, heating, hot water and fast WiFi. Final cleaning is included with normal use! The rehab clinics can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, as well as the castle park ( 2 min.) In the village you will find restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream shop, as well as a pedal boat rental. The comfortable non-smoking apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. Here you will find ideal conditions to stay today. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed. There is a reading and playing area in the hallway. Long-term stays can be requested individually.

A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Our guest apartment 5 - Oschersleben is located directly on the edge of the forest, called Hohes Holz. Suitable for families who love nature. The village of Neindorf is 5 km away from Oschersleben, where the Motorsport Arena is also located. In the village itself there is a village jug with home-brewed beer and grill specialties. In addition, there is a hospital with bakery, coffee and small snack. The excursion destination Harz is reached in a short time.

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and through the large windows comes a lot of light into the apartment, with all windows equipped with shutters.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Escape everyday life and enjoy a break in nature at Haus am Elm. Our cozy 35 m² log cabin, surrounded by a spacious garden, is the ideal retreat for nature lovers. Relax in a cozy bedroom or on the cozy sleeping floor. The open kitchen and living room with pullout couch offer space to feel good. The fireplace ensures warm, cozy evenings – perfect for a relaxing break in the heart of the Elm-Lappwald.

Direkt auf dem Hof befindet sich unsere Gästewohnung Lark. Eine Unterkunft, die Ihr ganz für Euch allein habt. Hier könnt Ihr zu zweit, zu dritt oder zu viert übernachten. Bett drei und vier befinden sich in der Dachspitze, die über eine Treppenleiter zu erreichen ist. Kinderschutztüren sind vorhanden. Ein Grillplatz mit Terrasse und Veranda stehen zur Verfügung.
