There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

Welcome to my lovely, quiet and cozy house. You can use the place both as a vacation home or, as I do to a great extent, as a place of work when I write songs and make music. The house is located in a very peaceful area on a 1200 m2 plot within walking distance to town and sea. The distance to both Lønstrup town and the beach is about 600 m. I have owned the house since 2007, and the house has been continuously renovated. Most recently with a new bathroom and new terraces.

The house has a bathroom with a hot tub and sauna, as well as a guest toilet. There is a large fenced garden, very suitable for dogs. Beautiful terrace with barbecue and good shelter. Walking distance to Lønstrup.
