You will love my home because it is a cottage with a fantastic location at the end of the forest and with the water as the nearest neighbor a few meters from the front door. The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyllic, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the sound of waves and wildlife close by. The tea house is part of the Eskjær Hovedgaard mansion, and is therefore an extension of the beautiful and historic surroundings. See www.eskjaer-hovedgaard.com. The house is in itself simply furnished, but meets all everyday needs. My place is good for couples and suitable for nature and cultural tourists.

Annex

Enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful nature from the armchairs by the room's large window to the west. The annex contains: kitchen, (dining) living room/bedroom - divided by a half wall. Here is a dining table, 2 armchairs, a three-quarter bed, a sofa bed, a baby bed. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, hotplates, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, tableware, etc. There is a separate toilet building for the annex. Laundry: in the private laundry room for 30 kr. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 35./5 Euro per set. Pets are welcome.

You can make your own breakfast in the small kitchenette with 2 hotplates and kitchen utensils, or you can order breakfast from us (for an extra fee) Enjoy the sunrise with steaming hot coffee at the sight of thousands of migratory birds at the Tipperne bird sanctuary. If you want to go to the North Sea, it is only a 15-minute walk away. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The property is completely up to Søndervig Landevej - with fields on the other three sides. Close to the holiday and bathing town of Søndervig as well as the old and cozy market town of Ringkøbing with cobblestone streets, pedestrian street, harbor environment, etc. There is an 18-hole golf course and Lalandia water park in Søndervig. Distance to the beach at Søndervig is 5.5 km, while Ringkøbing Fjord and Bagges Dam are 1 km from the house. There is a bike path to both Ringkøbing and Søndervig.

The cozy seating area around the fireplace creates a warm atmosphere. Relax in the private sauna and the wood-fired hot tub on the terrace with a view of the dunes! Dejligt hus, skønt beliggende med 300 meter til fjord, og 400 meter til Vesterhavet. Der er 200 meter til Hvide Sande centrum, hvor der er adskillige butikker, fiskeauktion, fiskerihavn m.m. bager og supermarked. Der skal kun passeres 1 klitrække, før man står med fødderne i strandens hvide sand. Der er 2 soveværelser. En med dobbeltseng, og en med 2 enkelt senge. Dejlig lukket have med god læ for vinden. Hunden kan løbe frit i haven.
