Our stay at 85 Walnut Place was everything we hoped for and more. The home was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for our family. We were looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, and this home delivered exactly that. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the porch, taking in the beautiful scenery, and watching the local wildlife—it was truly serene. Our kids especially loved having the loft all to themselves and are already talking about our next trip back. We highly recommend 85 Walnut Place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

The house was perfect for our Family. Everything we needed and more. We would love to come back in Summer and see this beautiful area.

The home is very nice and we always enjoy coming to Pagosa. There was not an A/C like the listing stated though. Property does have ceiling fans which helped.

Not only was the condo absolutely beautiful and exactly as the pictures show it to be, the hosts literally thought of everything! From a fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), to tons of games for the kids to play, all the way to a bucket of sand to put on the ice outside! We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be back!

This is a fabulous home and a perfect base for a Pagosa Springs vacation. My family of 5 was very comfortable and had everything we needed (including space!). The beds are really comfortable. Close to a City Market for groceries. A quick drive into town and was close to all the hikes we wanted to do. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. My boys had good luck fishing off the dock. The pictures of the views don’t do the beauty justice!! We would definitely stay here again!!

We LOVED our stay here! The house is so lovely! The handcrafted furniture is beautiful (the island is even more gorgeous in person!), the house was spotless when we arrived , and we appreciated how the kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook meals. There are other thoughtful things like pillows in extra soft and firm so you can pick your preference! The house is convenient to everything - restaurants , grocery store, EV charging, and the expansive views of the valley and mountains. Elizabeth is a wonderful host - she responded immediately each time with such helpful recommendations and she and her husband even came and shoveled the snow! This is a special spot and we can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is very nice, and the views from the back patio are unmatched. The pictures don’t do it justice. The river is right behind the house making it a dreamy location. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is clean, open and spacious. The only critique we had is that the living room set up makes it tough to gather around the tv. We weren’t there to watch tv anyway, and it didn’t stop us from squeezing in and watching tv before bed. There is a great loft space as well with gorgeous views. It’s the perfect location between the town of Pagosa and wolf creek ski lodge. Linda is very communicative, quick to respond, and the most thorough host I have ever worked with. I would book here again without reservation. It’s a gorgeous house with everything you could ever need and more! It’s better than the pictures!!

Everything was amazing - the lake, the house, the hosts. The house was immaculate, kitchen and the rest of the house well stocked. I felt like home and I never had this feeling before this trip! We will be back!

Loved this place. Perfect for our family in Spring Break. Our older daughter has space in the MIL suite and the kitchen was great to cook in. Hosts have all supplies you need to feast at home. Short walk to the lake and we are see the sled near the Summit which might have been the peak of our trip. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Perfect for us and our pups.

This house was great, our boys enjoyed fishing off the lake every morning. Very peaceful. It was just what we were looking for. I'd definitely recommend this to any families looking for a peaceful Lake view getaway!

This house and location are even better than the pictures. The location is serene and centrally located lakefront. The upper balcony gives views of the entire lake and at night the stars are spectacular. There is a patio below that is covered and provides shade and lake level views. The kitchen has every appliance you could need. The beds and rooms are all comfortable and beautifully decorated. We felt immediately at home in the space and an added bonus of the garage to park our truck was a plus.

Christopher was an unbelievable host. The house itself is beautiful and Chris made me and my family feel like it was our home away from home. Chris was always available if and when we needed anything but was also very respectful of our privacy. 100% anyone looking for a place in Pegosa Springs should book this home! Thank you guys for a sharing your place with us!

We only had a quick stay but it was perfect and great value. Danielle is a great host and very accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend this spot and it was great with kids. We plan on visiting again.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house—it was absolutely perfect for our family of 7 (6 adults and 1 grand baby). The layout and space were ideal: everyone had enough room to relax and enjoy their own space while still being together. The house was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The property managers were exceptional—warm, responsive, and helpful from booking through check-out. They made everything smooth and worry-free. All in all, a stellar Airbnb experience. Highly recommend this place to any family looking for a spacious and comfortable home away from home.

Sasha’s home was everything we could have asked for! It was beautiful home that accommodated 5 people easily and was very clean. I definitely recommend staying!

We booked this for our family vacation and let me tell you it was just what we needed. We brought our family dog and she loved the freedom the yard gave her to run around. She went with us everywhere. Andrew was quick to respond especially when I got my reservation wrong and needed one more night and we were locked out of the house. *Don’t book when you’re tired!* lol Pagosa Springs was just what we needed. Waking up and eating on the deck sitting in the sun having y morning tea and swinging on the hill bench swing was a treat taking in the sunsets. The mountain breezes coming through the house was my favorite nothing like fresh mountain air. The day trip to Durango was great and the Thai restaurant in Pagosa they recommend was so good! We booked in and did a day pass at The Springs and loved every bit of it. We were able to relax, cook meals, and play cards and it truly felt like home away from home.

This cabin was perfect for my friends and I and our dogs to hit Wolf Creek and go bouldering! The home was great for our needs, had a decent kitchen to cook in, and nice yard space for the dogs. The home is right off the highway/Main Street, and the yard is not fully fenced in, so just be aware with your dogs. This wasn’t an issue for us, but may be for other dog owners. The beds were comfortable and The loft area was my favorite!

This exceptionally beautiful home is one of the most special Airbnbs I've stayed at over many years of travel. It's hidden away in the Colorado mountains, miles from the nearest town and within sight of only one other home. Your only neighbors are the chipmunks scampering up to steal birdseed and hummingbird nectar. It's hard to overstate how lovely the views are, reaching clear out to a mountain range hours away. Brilliant red sunrises took my breath away. The house itself, with its walls of windows, circular layout, and funky spaces, was a highlight as well. It is tremendously airy and bright, as well as immaculate. Inside and out, the wall art, furniture, and objets d'art were fascinating - in fact, I went around and took pictures before we left. Hints: - Get activity ideas from local magazines and the friendly, helpful host - Buy groceries and gas in Del Norte; don't count on dining out - No microwave = no frozen dinners - The Colorado Grille & Tap House in Del Norte is terrible
