We are a family that love living here and have a self contained space connected to our house, with separate access, FREE PRIVATE driveway parking area, garden, patio, BBQ for you to enjoy. Whether you want to walk, swim, sightsee, chill, cycle, eat out or shop we have have everything in strolling distance. You will have full cooking facilities, dishwasher and a washer dryer. The Scandi Sky Hut & The Scandi Hut are nestled in our garden, with private parking & an easy 20 minute stroll from Lake Windermere.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay in the Western Lake District. There are plenty of lovely walks from the doorstep. The King George pub is only a minute walk away, serving lovely home cooked food and real ale. The Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, known locally as “La’al Ratty” is only a ten minute walk from the cottage. Eskdale Stores is open daily. The cottage itself has been recently renovated and has a secure garden with lovely views, ideal dogs.
