Kate's Place has been my go to place to stay when vacationing in Southport. Kate is a thoughtful and friendly Host. Kate's Place is perfectly located from downtown Southport, the Ferry to nearby Bald Head Island and Wilmington. It is only a short drive to Oak Island. Kate's Place is a perfect place for a single visitor. I always feel right at home.

Great location, lovely place, and a kind and responsive host. We especially loved the walkability and biking to the ferry. Would stay again!

Very pretty condo. It was well decorated with many homey touches. The kitchen was extremely well supplied. It contained much more than the customary. The location was perfect for us. We ate out all meals so within the week we experienced wonderful restaurants. Try Old Bridge Diner and Locals diner for breakfast. Our evening favorites were Rusty Hook, Salt 64. Provisions and Fishy Fishy. We certainly enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Many thanks to our host, Courtney.

This place was as described and perfect for our little get away. Fran made herself available and provided timely help when needed. Will definitely consider staying here again if in the area.
