We are 1 mi or less to the Convention Center (1mi), Lucas Oil (1mi), Circle Center (1mi), Bankers Life (0.5mi), & Fountain Square (0.25mi)! We typically are at our main residence across the street so if you need anything lets us know.

Central air and heating are throughout this home. There is a washer and dryer and for guests’ safety, this home is equipped with a Smart Lock system, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. Built in the late 50's by the Electrical Inspector of Speedway, Charles T. Renie and wife Margie raised 9 children in this classic Speedway brick ranch.
