New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

In a beautiful nature reserve and within walking distance of swimming lakes Gasselterveld/'t Nije Hemelriek, our recently modernized vacation home is located in a quiet bungalow park and offers a lot of privacy with sunny and shady spots. To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

Harriersand is in the middle of the Weser. The cottage is located at the southern end of the island and is easily reached by a bridge. All you have to do to get to the beach is cross the island road. At low tide there is the possibility of extensive hikes as at the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. On the island there is a beach with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping at 6-8 km distance.

The perfect place to relax and explore the city.

Large windows flood the house with light throughout the day. Children can enjoy the playroom with a swing and toys. Relax in the bathtub after a day of adventure or explore the surroundings with our bicycles – the perfect place to unwind and relax!

North Sea: Cozy vacation home right on the dike

The house (85 sqm of living space on 2 levels with Wi-Fi connection) can accommodate up to 6 people and is also ideal for young families (children's travel cot, high chair, stair gate, handcart for 2 toddlers available). A guest fee is charged for the Wurster North Sea coast. This fee is NOT included in our prices, but must be collected by us through Airbnb and paid to the municipality.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

Cozy apartment for two

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
