Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Spinea

Excellent stay. Wonderful location a little removed from all the noise and commotion, but still walkable to everything. The water-door is a very cool feature. It was very nice to have two sinks and toilets for a family of 4. Only negative is the sofa bed. It is very basic and if you had to sleep on it for several nights that would be tough.

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

Clean apartment in a good location right in the middle of Venice, out of the chaos but easily walk to anywhere you want to go. Host also gave local recommendations for restaurants.

Das Apartment ist wunderschön, neu renoviert und bietet viel Platz – ideal zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die große, gut ausgestattete Küche und die Klimaanlage, die an warmen Tagen für angenehme Temperaturen sorgt. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Der Flughafen Marco Polo ist nur etwa 15 Minuten entfernt, und die Haltestelle Richtung Venedig (Piazzale Roma) befindet sich fast direkt vor der Tür. Eine tolle Unterkunft für alle, die Venedig erkunden möchten, aber abseits vom Trubel wohnen wollen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Veronica’s flat is a fantastic location easy to get to from the airport water bus, near lots of good restaurants and within easy walking distance of all the sights. The flat had all the amenities you would need & the bed was comfortable. A gem in Venice

We had a great time at Tanja’s place. We attended the Biennale and we could have not asked for a better location in such a lovely apartment. The neighbourhood was so quiet and nice and Gio was a great co-host.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Pamela’s Airbnb was perfect for our mother-daughter trip to Venice! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from charming cafes, beautiful canals, and all the sights we wanted to explore. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and felt incredibly safe and welcoming. Pamela was a kind and thoughtful host, ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Wonderfully quiet and quaint spot in Venice! Easy to walk to all the sites and loved being right on the water with access to the water buses and airport shuttle. The space itself is so lovely and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!!

Les chambres sont grandes, il y a suffisamment de place pour tout le monde — on s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison. L’accueil était chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. L’emplacement est idéal, au calme tout en étant proche de tout. La ligne de bus 6, à quelques minutes à pied, nous a permis de rejoindre Venise facilement en moins de 15 minutes — très pratique ! Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter. Encore merci pour tout, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Bien a vous!

Struttura molto pulita ed accogliente con tutti i servizi! In caso di dubbi o perplessità è stato sempre attivo, peccato esserci stato solo per una notte perché era come essere a casa! Consiglio a chiunque, quella struttura a quel prezzo non è da perdere! Ringrazio ancora tantissimo per tutta la disponibilità dell'host!

Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 per una notte. Fabio e Alessandra sono stati molto gentili, ci hanno aiutato in tutto e ci sono venuti incontro anche per quanto riguarda il check-in. Se dovessi tornare a Murano mi affiderei sicuramente a casa Manin.

Très joli appartement, le cadre est vraiment en joli et le jardin est magnifique. Les vélos mis à dispositions par l’hôte sont très pratique pour visiter facilement la ville !

Volvería una y mil veces más a este hermoso apartamento, además de estar muy bien ubicado, es hermoso, organizado, tiene todo lo que se necesita para una excelente estadía. Stefano es un gran anfitrión, nos esperó a la llegada, ofreció bebidas y frutas, un hermoso detalle que a la familia nos encantó. Wonderful place! Just like the pictures or better! We felt right at home! Has AC in case is hot, we loved every detail and the location was perfect, beautiful drive from the hustle and bustle of the city. We would stay here again ! 5 starts all around!

We loved staying there. It was super close to the train station to Venice. It was beautiful, clean and super quiet. It had everything we needed, and lots of space! I would definitely recommend Manuela’s place if you’re looking to go to Venice, but you want somewhere a little quieter and out of the way!

Watersdoor was the highlight of our Italian honeymoon! At the start of our stay, Maria and her daughter were very friendly and greeted us to show us the way to the condo. Upon our arrival, the candles, mini bottle of champagne, and rose petals were such nice touches. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has all that you need for a stay in Venice. The washer/dryer came in handy as well! Maria provided excellent recommendations (e.g., restaurants, transportation suggestions, sights, special events in the area, etc.) throughout our trip. Maria made our honeymoon a memorable experience and we are very grateful!!

Monica’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at in a long while. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, spotless and had absolutely everything needed for a perfect stay. Monica was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. She left us a lovely welcome gift and plenty of snacks and beverages. Loved having both washer and dryer in the apartment as well. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway, and grocery making it simple to get around. During our stay we visited Venice, Bolzano, Belluno, Asolo, Vichenza and Padua. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay! Thanks Monica!
