Fabio’s apartment was perfect! His brother actually welcomed our family of 6 and spent a great deal of time explaining everything we needed to know. The historic building steps right out onto the streets of Assisi. The Basilica of St. Claire of Assisi can be seen from the 3rd floor bedroom. Staying here was one of the best parts of our trip to Italy!

This was the cutest apartment with a stunning & large outdoor patio. Patrizja left us coffee, milk, tea, sugar & pastries so that we were able to sit outside & enjoy our coffee on her stunning patio when we woke up. My only complaint was the smell of potpourri was overwhelming. Such a cute town & great apartment- we highly recommend.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad met het beste zwembad (diep om te duiken), een prieel met schaduw en mooi uitzicht. Binnen blijft het koel. Verblijf is op de eerste verdieping, flinke trap op en in het huis ook maar dat houd je in beweging :). Eigenaren spreken een klein beetje Engels maar met google translate kom je ver. Aardige verhuurders. Er is een trouwlocatie en dan hoor je wat muziek. Dat vonden wij wel leuk. De meeste keren is het op tijd stil. All met al een leuk verblijf.

公寓在主干道旁的小区内，很安静。虽然有ZTL标志，但可以直接开进去停在公寓门口。Elisa回复很及时，也很热情周到，非常感谢。如果去看天空之城的话，推荐住在这里。

Ospite deliziosa e casa perfetta per un ritiro lontano dalla città. Ordinata, pulita e caratteristica. Ci hanno anche portato dei cornetti per colazione!

Mario and Serena are great hosts. The welcomed us and everything is available in the house. Coffee, tea, biscuits etc. We really felt at home.

We found this countryside property a real delight. Well worth the 20 minute drive from Assisi. It was centrally located for us to easy explore out to other areas in Umbria. The room was very comfortable in a very beautiful countryside setting. Our host, Sara was fantastic. We wouldn't have any hesitation to stay here on a future trip to Umbria.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in Herzen der „Civita de Bagnoregio“. Es gibt einen Parkplatz für 5€ und der Weg zu Fuß dauert in etwa 20 Minuten bis zum zentralen Platz. Die Wohnung ist super edel und toll ausgestattet. Wenn man aus der Tür tritt ist man direkt im Geschehen, trotzdem ist es Nachts ruhig, da die Besucher*innen dann das Dorf verlassen. Wir empfehlen einen Erkundungsspaziergang am frühen Abend mit Sonnenuntergang, da am Vormittag alles voller touris ist. Es war ein unbeschreiblich schönes Erlebnis und lohnt sich definitiv - auch nur für eine Nacht.

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

The apartment is right at the main entrance to Assisi. It is quiet, clean, and just the right size for my wife and teenage daughter. The kitchen was clean and had some croissants to eat. Coffee and Moka to make it available. One large bottle of water in the fridge was a relief to have on arrival. While there is no air conditioning, the big stone house stayed cool enough despite 90 degree weather. The fans helped keep it cool enough to sleep. The beds were comfortable enough for us. The bathroom was clean with a rather large shower by Italian standards. Barbara’s dinner recommendations were excellent…we ate at one of them two nights in a row! The apartment is walking distance to every in the centro storico. Overall a clean, private and convenient place to stay whilst in Assisi!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

Wonderful apartment to stay at, location is perfect as it is close to the historic center but removed enough that it’s quiet. Easy to get to, we came via train and getting from the station with the minimetro to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment itself is stunning, very roomy and the views are incredible. Everything looked just like the description. Mauro was very kind and attentive and helped with bags up the stairs. The snack bar and bottle of prosecco was a nice touch that was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Perugia.

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here, the breakfast is delicious, and the host Renata is very friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations. The room was very clean too. I recommend to use the pool and the free bike rentals at this property which we unfortunately couldn't due to running out of time (visited so many cities/places around this area and always came back late at night) which I regret now. Tip: on Google Maps, the address will take you to the correct street but the airbnb home is on your left side and not the right side as Google Maps says (after you turn left into the alley of the final destination pin). Drive down a bit further and there should be a gate on your left side to enter the parking area.

We had a lovely stay at Jasmina’s bed-and-breakfast. The street was quiet. It was easy to find. Exceptionally clean. Very interesting building. Breakfast was included and was good.

Chiara was so helpful during our entire visit. She picked us up from the train station and was always ready to answer any questions. The view from her place is spectacular and she prepared a delicious breakfast for us. The home is authentic Italian and is walkable to everything in Orvieto. We would love to visit Orvieto again and stay with Chiara.

Uno de los mejores alojamientos en que hemos estado. El edificio en un antiguo torreón medieval con jardín con vistas al lago, totalmente reformado y muy cómodo en el interior. La habitación bonita y muy limpia, todo perfecto y muy profesional. Lo mejor de todo, el trato de Mónica, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto, nos recogió en la estación, nos dio recomendaciones sobre el pueblo y a la salida nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestro tren. Los desayunos fantásticos, se adaptó a mis necesidades de comida sin gluten. Muchas gracias por todo, si volvemos a la zona nos alojaremos aquí otra vez sin duda!

Benedetta and her husband were truly wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their proactive communication and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless and so much fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to visit them again on our next trip!

This stay was one of the highlights of our Italy trip. Eddie lived in the US which made communication for us a snap. He maintains this property meticulously and was promptly available to address any concerns we had. Unit had A/C in both bedrooms and fans as well. Heat in Italy was extreme during our stay and issue with 1 unit was promptly fixed. He was happy to help us start the dishwasher no issue just needed to have him show us how to. He is available without being intrusive. Recommendations on activities were appreciated we loved the Baci chocolate factory tour in Perugia. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. We enjoyed the kitties. Would absolutely recommend this place to others and stay again. Location is easy access to Assisi but a nice oasis from being stuck in the city and allows you to enjoy the peaceful countryside.

メイン通りに面していて、フニコラーレにも大聖堂にも行きやすいです。そしてホストはフレンドリーで全てにおいて完璧でした。階段がありますが運んでくれました。バスルームも広く独立していて、かつ自分だけが使用できます。次回もここに泊まりたいです。

„Pace e bene!“ A most extraordinary BnB experience - no crowds, only Peace and Good Things! Hopes and wishes to make it an unforgettable vacation were fulfilled: simple, non-pretentious beauty of the inside and breathtaking outside surroundings in the serene vicinity of San Damiano, the charm of Umbrian country furniture, the design of highest form and function in bedroom and bathroom, the comfort of the bedding (I didn‘t have to use my own down feather travel pillow), at breakfast ample choices of fresh fruit/juices and cereals, delicious Italian cold cuts, my preference was an excellent poached egg cooked to perfection for me, and the scrumptious home-baked cakes! I wasn’t just a guest, I became part of this wonderful family-run business. Hugs were in place at the end with my plan to come back in 2027 for the month of June! My very special gratitude for sharing laughter with Melissa, Sara and the queen, for truly nurturing my body (how many steps to town twice/day) and soul.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo B&B per due notti. Il posto è magnifico con una vista spettacolare su Perugia e le colline circostanti. Lamberto e Francesca sono gentilissimi e molto simpatici, ci hanno deliziati con una colazione ricca e curata, con una vista pazzesca. La casa è magnifica e la nostra camera era pulitissima e molto carina. È stato un bellissimo soggiorno e se ritorneremo in zona pernotteremo di nuovo qui. Un grazie di cuore a Lamberto e Francesca per averci ospitati nella loro casa, non vediamo l’ora di tornare!
