Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Spring

The place is exactly as pictured. The backyard fence is secure and safe for dogs. The garage is huge and clean so you can actually park in it. You can hear airplanes overhead. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Michelle’s home was a dream come true. We almost had too much room! The pictures do not show how truly massive and perfect the place is. We absolutely loved the home. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous. Master bathroom was breathtaking. We would book again for our Texas trips. Thank you for having us! We definitely were sad to leave.

I stay at a lot of rental properties and this place was by far the cleanest! I appreciate the attention to detail and the hosts going above and beyond! The area is nice and feels safe! I found good local food close by each night. Also, it is quite close to Bush International airport. I full recommend this place for your next visit to Spring/North Houston! Thank yall!

We had a fantastic stay visiting with relatives. The home is located in a great area with so many restaurants, grocery stores and retail shops just around the corner. The fenced in back yard with a sheltered patio was nice to sit, relax and watch the storms pass . The AC works well and puts out some really cold air which was nice since it is very hot in Hou. There was plenty of hot water. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and everything you need to cook meals. There were plenty of stocked items. If you're looking for a cozy, comfortable place that's located in a great area, this is it! Thank you Amy!

My stay at Wilson Ferney’s Airbnb in Houston was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and beautifully maintained the property was. Every room was pristine, stylishly decorated, and gave off a warm, welcoming vibe that instantly made me feel at home. Wilson is an outstanding host—friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. He provided clear communication. The location was quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the space was fully stocked with everything I could possibly need for a relaxing stay.

Memorial Weekend getaway for 2 families with little kids. This home was a perfect match! 2 rooms with kings and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds for the kids. Beautiful home inside and out. Inside is spacious, airy, clean, and the perfect setup for family dining and game night. Outside is an oasis getaway. We spent most of the weekend in the pool. Just the right size for our families. Scenery of the lake is beautiful, and the covered patio is a perfect place to relax. We had some electrical issues with the patio area, but Yusely was very responsive and was able to get it checked for us within minutes. This home was exactly what we were looking for, and so much more. Special thanks to Yusely for making our weekend extra memorable! Definitely recommend this place!

Found this on a YT video for things to do in Houston. The house was just as described in the photos. We walked in to beautiful decor, lovely smells and Alexa playing a soft melody. We were a group of 3 couples and each had a private room and private bathroom. There is even a small bathroom tucked away by the laundry/mudroom if you need privacy. We enjoyed the pool, game room and cooked a very nice meal. This place is great for staying in and entertaining and just enjoying each other's company. There is plenty of seating areas. We especially loved the open vibe and uncovered large windows and the wrap around breakfast bar. The next time we visit Houston we will definitely see if this place is available first.

We absolutely loved staying at the Peacock Apartment. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. All the reviews gushing about this place are true. The hostess was kind and understanding with our check-in, and it really was like a little Paradise in the middle of the city. The location is very easy to get to and close to a freeway. There are a lot of markets close by if you want to cook at home. We stayed in every morning and just enjoyed the gardens. There were also a lot of rocking chairs so it was so nice to just laze about. We will definitely be coming back here specifically the next time we come to Houston. Thank you so much Selia!!!

Beautiful, well maintained apartment….looked identical to the pictures. The dog park was an added bonus! Nicole was very responsive and all instructions were perfect! I would definitely stay again 😃

Had a wonderful stay at Jeff's place! Host's have gone the extra mile to make things super comfortable & convenient. Communication was great & they are extremely thoughtful in every way. Had everything I needed & then some - extra towels, laundry detergent, coffee creamer, a luggage rack, etc. Very clean & well stocked. Bed was comfortable. I felt safe in the neighborhood. I was able to park in front of their house with no issues. This is close to Texas Medical Center & MD Anderson - an easy, quick drive from the house. This host does an excellent job. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

Yellow bedspread is now blue but that’s no big deal! The space has everything a traveler needs. Responsive host and property manager.

great place, very quiet and easy to find. lots to do around the area

We stayed for 3 nights at Tien’s place for a rather stressful 2 days of pre-op procedures and appts. at MD Anderson. We couldn’t wait to get back at the end of the day. The apartment was clean, bright, peaceful , in a beautiful building with great amenities. Within walking distance to MD Anderson with grocery store not far away… The parking garage is a little tricky, but secure … and our host was very responsive when we had a few questions. It may be an issue for anyone with knee or hip issues. The shower is a tub/ shower combo. Nice deep tub great for soaking but the sides are high so you need to step up and over. Would definitely stay again…Also VERY comfortable king size bed!

Jing’s place was exactly as described. From the moment you walked in you could tell that a lot of thought and care went into making sure you had everything you needed and more. Fishing off the balcony was a real treat. The view over the lake was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. The little touches made it even better like filtered water for coffee. Stocked kitchen with everything in place that made sense. Jing’s communicated timely and well. This is a place we would definitely return to and recommend to others. Peaceful condo on Lake Conroe. As a country boy living in Houston, it’s nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. This was the perfect place to enjoy some swimming and fishing. Quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway.

We absolutely loved this place! The view was amazing! You can enjoy the lake views from sitting on the couch in the living room, as well as waking up to that beautiful view from the master bedroom. Then to be able to open the patio door & just step out right there on the lake WOW! My husband & daughter truly enjoyed fishing right there next to the condo. I enjoyed watching them from the living room. Their smiles everytime they caught a fish was priceless. The dog loved watching the ducks & loved being able to go outside right off of the living room patio. This is the perfect place to make unforgettable memories. Anna made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. She was amazing with her fast response to all our questions. Her hospitality was outstanding. The place was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back! If I could give her 100 stars, I would.

What can I say! Brandon’s place was great! It was so clean and clutter free, that I could relax and not spend half of the time recleaning!
