Monthly Rentals in Spring Valley Village

I stayed here for 6 months and it was absolutely amazing. It’s such a perfect location close to I-10, 610, 290. Brendan was always super responsive and fixed any issues immediately which the place barely has issues. I lived here for the freeze snow storm and a tropical storm and Brendan made sure everything would be okay. He has a generator as well in case the electric goes out. This place provided a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. If I could’ve never left, i would’ve stayed longer. 15/10 highly recommend!

I stay in Houston for 2.5 weeks every June.... And, this is my SECOND time staying at Brent's. That right there, says it all. I have stayed at five or more AirBNBs within a block of Brent's, and NO COMPARISON. None! And, a walk-in huge shower. Kitchen and bath are recently updated with brand new cabinets and granite countertops. Brent's place feels fresh, and updated. I am already getting ready to book his place when I'm back for my clients Christmas Party. Did it cost more, yes, and worth it! His cleaning crew has, eyeballs. Sounds funny, but what should be clean, is freaking clean. Like air return vents in the bathroom, the part of the fridge shelves that are between the glass shelf and the plastic drawer that is mounted to the bottom of it. Yes. those come off and clip back in, so they can be cleaned. Don't ask why I say these things, but I say them from experience. So, to sum up, book with Bent. Trust me.

This place was perfect! Comfortable, clean and in great area!! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic for our month long visit to Houston with our pets. Vic was great host. Would stay at this air bnb again. Clean and as expected.
